  1. This game is playing out like our season. Leaving too many points on the field thanks to turnovers and mistakes.
  2. No chance we rest starters. We want to be the 2 seed and play at home against the Steelers next week. Who wouldn't?
  3. I'm saying that Miami now has to beat us twice in a row if they want to move forward in the playoffs. If we lose tonight, we are the 7 seed and simply play them again in Miami next week. I like our odds, but I would obviously prefer to win tonight and play the Steelers at home as the 2 seed.
  4. Can the Dolphins beat the Bills twice in a row at home? I don't think so.
  5. We really need to follow their blueprint and get some more speed at wideout.
  6. Hoping that Bengals and Steelers both lose this afternoon, because if they don't I don't think The Ravens (against Steelers next week) and Browns (against Bengals next week) have anything to play for. So, we need to beat the Dolphins next week or we are likely out of the playoffs absent something odd like a Jaguars loss to the Titans.
  7. Mahomes' WR group is not that bad, although they have had a bad case of the drops at times this year. Valdez-Scandling on paper is good, and Rashee Rice is a quick, elusive receiver. Kelce kind of makes up for their shortcomings as well. But, I think Mahomes has had one of his worst seasons this year - he doesn't seem as sharp when I've watched him.
  8. One thing is for sure - we will need to keep the Cowboys offense on their side of the field. As soon as they get to our 42-44 yard line, they have 3 points absent a loss of yardage. Aubrey may be the best kicker the NFL has ever seen, and we've seen some great ones like Tucker.
  9. The receivers should be able to tell where the ball is and adjust accordingly. Suddenly the world of Chiefs' fans want to imply that this is rocket science. Toney made a mistake and it was a penalty. That's exactly how it's supposed to be.
  10. Yep, the offense needs to score a TD on every possession here on out to win this one.
  11. This game smells of a typical MacDermott loss. Up big early, sqauander chances, let the other team back in, and lose at the end.
  12. This is a "what have you done for me lately" sport, and Von hasn't done squat. We should take advantage of whatever we can in his contract to void it and hopefully free up some cap space.
  13. They missed several blatant PI penalties on Slay. Guess Slay is privileged and they won't call him for fouls.
  14. Yeah, this officiating crew was hard to watch. It's time to just call the penalties from upstairs. And they missed yet another blatant hold or PI on Slay when he held Diggs' jersey on the possession in OT. Do they not ever call penalties on Slay or something?
  15. We couldn't beat the Eagles and the Refs today. End of story, and season almost certainly over. But, overall the Bills looked more like what we expected today. We should not have been in a position where we needed wins over the top teams in the NFL.
  16. Yeah, this has been a very badly officiated game. Maybe the rain is hurting them. Don't forget the missed PI that stopped one of our drives too.
  17. The blitz actually worked. WIlson just threw a blind lob up in the air. What more could you ask for from the blitz? We just got very unlucky that it found it's way into a receiver's hands, and it was the receiver that got open. I can understand why McDermott there wanted to try and keep them from getting a short 5-8 yard pass and getting into FG range.
  18. Easy to see what is going on. McDermott is now in the hot seat. If they don't perform the rest of the season and finish 7-10, for example, he's gone. 100% guaranteed. Next week will be a very big game for McDermott. When your top-5 QB performs far worse than he has in the last several years, it falls on the coaches. They need to make sure Josh is phyically and mentally ready to perform on the field and they have failed this year. The rest of the offense is similarly suffering.
  19. It's easy to go above and beyond when searching for answers, but the question is simple - why is Josh playing so much worse this year? And the answer starts with the coaches as they are responsible for getting him into game shape.
  20. I can kind of agree with Dan that they put the guy in motion and the read of zone defense was there and should have been used to get the ball out to Dalton quickly. It was an easy first down.
  21. Well, since Miami Allen has played the worst football I've seen out of him since his rookie season. I'm not sure what's going on, but I have to question the coaching staff. Allen has performed as a top 5 QB the last several years, and there is no reason for him to fall off the cliff like he has.
  22. I think this loss puts us out of the playoffs. That doesn't mean you don't watch them, but their schedule is too difficult given the way they are playing.
  23. Well, Allen is not playing well for most of this year. He looks scared out there. I don't know why that is - he was even struggling to hand the ball off tonight. Is it Dorsey? I don't know, but I know this team will not be making the playoffs this year. Some changes need to be made, and Dorsey will be the first chip to fall.
  24. Yeah, it's just sad that were clearly the superior team out there and we just couldn't stop making stupid mistakes. The defense played its heart out, and that's the only positive I see. The coaching was awful, Josh is playing scared, receivers were dropping balls, Davis still looks slow, etc.
  25. Ok, I have gradually come around. The team is a bumbling incoherent mess on offense and Josh looks like he is played scared. Dorsey definitely needs to go, but I'm now on board with the concept that McDermott is just not very good. The team was so talented the last few years that it was covering up his mediocrity. I'd take any AFC East coach over him, frankly.
