  1. Walk around all week and listen to guys tell me how they could trot out a RG at QB and still beat the Bills.....the day after they lay a goose egg it's all Jacoby's fault and the game didn't matter anyway. Ahhhh I love Pats fans.
  2. It was the effort and attitude that stood out to me. Zach didn't make the trip to go through the motions and pad BB's career stats.
  3. They beat AZ and Seattle. Sneaky good game next week?
  4. Use the mobile QB and make them chase an invisible pocket.
  5. As a kid I got strep seemingly every fall, no joking matter.
  6. Saw him knock a defender backwards on multiple occasions today and that stood out as something new.
  7. Probably right, I don't think many fans will feel bad about that thought. Woods has been a good soldier while in Buffalo and deserves what ever he gets.
  8. Zach was great but that seems so obvious for everyone. I will give a game ball to Shady for putting his head down and dancing less than he has in the past. He fell forward over a defender multiple times. Well done.
  9. That play on Edelman. If this season ends up being anywhere but the trash can that's going to be a highly talked about effort.
  10. No idea I'm not in the locker room. I haven't seen any head shaking after plays though. Everyone seems to be working together, sure it coincides with Lynn as much as it does Sammy being off the field. Whatever it is, it is night and day. It's a fair approach. The timing coincides with the injury and the replacement, am I the only one who gave it some thought though? I highly doubt that. I would guess it's a combination of both things. The "superstar" isn't out there and the Lynn is catering to TT. Some guys playing harder knowing they have a better chance of making an impact?
  11. Thanks, I missed it was curious if it was legit or not. Seems like the boys were fired up today. Give me that 15 every week and whoop that ass' 64.
  12. The attitude on offense seems to be better without Sammy on the field. Make of it what you want and flame away but it's what I see.
  13. Your son probably felt the wrath of the Lorax, 24 hours bed rest and some Randy Moss highlights will fix it.
  14. What was the personal foul on Incog for? I missed the replay if they did show it.
  15. Hmm not sure where this thread is headed but I think Bowles is pretty good.
  16. I'm here to declare my love for Doug Whaley.... In all seriousness Rex has that D playing some damn football, cheers to the Ryan Bro's and the band of over achievers. Man is it refreshing to watch guys play who want to win. Lorax, Hughes, obvious mention to Zach Brown. Chasing down Edelman would have been pointless if the Patriots already knew we were there to win....Zach set the tone today. Well done. I hung a canvas panting of a Buffalo yesterday which we just got and I have Patriots fans making threats to confiscate it. That must be a good thing. Heck how do I upload photos on here!
  17. Same Doc did his surgery that did Julio's.
  18. Bunch of garbage! Jimmy G. is going to be the guy tommorrow. Could BB trot out Brisket for the opening snap? Sure. Jimmy G. takes the majority of the snaps though
  19. I'd like you to expand on your thoughts on the contract. The team essentially threw money at TT for this season and then inflated the numbers on his new contract. In doing so they not only gave away 6 or so million for this season they threw away their ability to go into camp next year with a serviceable QB who at the worst provides a floor at the position. Say TT had a great year...which no one outside of Buffalo was fearful of....then pay him. Why push these gigantic numbers in year two for a player that had so much to prove? Hope it wasn't because he is a nice guy and comes to work each day.... Now next year you bank up or bust out and then the team is sitting there staring at Cardale in TC as the presumed starter. The other side of the coin was TT not improving and continuing to show the same symptoms of an athlete playing QB and not a QB playing QB...then you could have bumped him up a few million and offered your team an acceptable floor heading into TC. I like Cardale, I wanted him drafted. He may or may not be ahead of TT next TC but I wouldn't have thrown away millions so I could find that out so soon. 20. How do folks feel about the TT contract now? Baring tremendous improvement TT will not be staying in Buffalo and earning the 2nd year of that deal. The contract and its structure may send TT packing. So next year we start all over with Cardale? All because they had to throw money at TT in August, that is going to look terrible if TT continues down the path he is going.
  21. John if you want to make valid points in defense of what I mentioned I'd be more than happy to have a conversation. What your doing is trolling, don't bother me with that nonsense I won't be responding to it. You offer nothing but jaded optimism and idiotic one liners to anyone whose opinions differ from yours.
  22. He was projected to be the best play maker from that draft, no doubt about it. The draft also was WR heavy and that was no secret. Where the mistake was made was when you over invest in any singular player you run a high risk. Injuries are unpredictable and happen to any player regardless of talent. Rule of thumb is to avoid over investing in any non QB, QB's have a greater impact and are protected by the rule changes. The safe bet would have been to take one of the talented guys like Evans, Beckham, Robinson etc etc... but Whaley was blinded by that "Ferrari". When a Ferrari is broke it is the same speed as a broken Fiero.
  23. If Whaley doesn't have enough clout to decide what tender level to offer a RFA then he should have been fired a long time ago.
  24. The best draft ever? Before the injuries? Shaq's injury occured two years ago according to him. Ever find it amazing that in each round the biggest need is also the best player on the board. That must be so convienent for Doug and company. I can't fathom why all these moves aren't amounting to squat.
