I see your defense is still holding strong JM. what will be your breaking point if they don't go (no way they win 5 out of 6, 10-6) 7-9 as you projected? what if they don't win another game? are you still going to be defending taylor and his record? blame the defense? you blame peterman for the last loss, who do you blame for the other 4? you're fighting a losing battle here and sooner then later your defense is going to be all for naught. no, I'm not rooting for players to fail or the team to fail or for coaches to fail. I don't have to, they seem to be doing a good job on their own. difference is, I'm not wearing blinders and seen enough to take that little bit of hope I may of had and sweep it under the rug, where it belongs until they start showing some competence, start contending. thing is, I may not live long enough to see that happen because I'm almost certain it's not happening anytime soon?

you know nedboy, I don't know how long you've been a fan but not only the last couple decades but the last three games this season alone can and has turned the fans sour. maybe you're a glutton for punishment? for you to question those fans, call them pathetic or question their mental stability is showing a very weak observation on your part and at the end of the day you should actually question yourself on your pathetic opinion of those fans. why in the world would you even let it bother you? if you want to drink the kool-aide and praise the team who is and has been losing year in and year out, that is your prerogative. just as it is their prerogative who don't drink the kool-aide or support the incompetence that has been the buffalo bills for all of the 21st century. just a suggestion, if you can't take it, why come here just to complain about it?

I agree. as much as some felt the wr positions traded away hurt, which it did, I think not waiting until the off season to trade #99 hurt the defense in a big way. yeah, as much as they wanted to blow smoke with the "win now" crap, I'm believing they had to of known gutting the team the way they did was not going to have a favorable outcome?

oh, I don't. that plays a big factor as well. more then 75% of the roster needs replaced with talent and that wont happen in one off season, or even two. if they were somehow able to hit in the draft and fa, they might begin to look like a contender in three years? that's a big if.

did it really get that much better? I mean, that's digging really deep to try and find any consolation in that game. I wasn't sure they were going to put taylor back in and then when they did I thought no way it can get any worse (which this play does not equal worse than the kid but it sure as hell didn't look any better at the time) then this play happened and it was then, I shut the damn game off.

my hopes went down the drain for this season. they pulled me in again and let the fans down. it has been a good lesson, yet another hard one for me. until I see 75% of the roster upgraded, including the man under center, I will hold off any and all hope going forward. could be a long wait...
