  1. it is everywhere and frankly with the internet, message boards, twitter, etc, etc. society has turned in to one ***** up joint, ***** up! selfish morons is what they are. selfish
  2. Jadeveon Clowney watch: Should the Buffalo Bills pursue a trade? Let’s start with the biggest obstacle in a trade for Clowney. The Texans placed the franchise tag on him back on March 4 and failed to reach a multiyear deal with him by the July 15 deadline. That means any team that trades for the pass rusher will be getting him on just a one-year deal with no guarantee he’ll sign long term. It’ll likely cost a high end draft pick to acquire Clowney, whose injury history reads like a horror movie fan’s greatest hits. He’s underwent a knee surgery in three of his five NFL seasons, had a lisfranc injury in 2015 and a sports hernia surgery in 2014. But the Bills under Beane haven’t shied away from players with an injury history. The third-year GM has showed a willingness to pursue a big trade (see Antonio Brown saga) if it’s something that makes his team better. In every glimpse Beane has provided into the philosophy of team building since he arrived in Buffalo, he has made it clear that he values his draft capital and fundamentally believes that great teams are built through the draft. The Texans reportedly want a wide receiver and/or offensive line help in a deal for Clowney. It just so happens that the Bills have a few potential options to make a deal work (tackle Ty Nsekhe and receiver Zay Jones come to mind - if you’re willing to part with them). Making the Bills an even more likely trade partner is Houston’s situation at running back. Starter Lamar Miller suffered a torn ACL on Saturday in a preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys. Bills running back LeSean McCoy is on the last year of his deal and could be the perfect last-minute option for the Texans, who are in the mix for the AFC title this season. Houston coach Bill O’Brien said on Saturday that any trade has to bring value to his team.
  3. break it down to like three main threads, or even two. post discussion is overboard anyway, especially after a loss. as for the game day thread, it's a mess and moves along too fast, shouldn't even be considered a discussion thread but rather full of over reaction posts.
  4. 75% boca raton, fl 92 % houston, tx seems there is more hot air coming out of houston...(pun intended)
  5. Take your stinking paws off me, you damned dirty ape!
  6. if he can keep his nose clean he may be able to make the best of this second (or third) opportunity?
  7. he made it pretty clear in his presser his body couldn't take it anymore, best line in the nfl or not I respect his decision and wish him well. or should I say I wish him good luck... he's on drugs.
  8. This feels wide open. Duke Williams The clear winner from Friday night and the seemingly clear sixth WR right now (or fifth?) is Williams, who outmuscled a Lions defender for a touchdown catch on Friday night. Not only that, he played 37 snaps, the most on the team, and played with all three QBs. That’s right, he received first-team reps in ed zone work with Josh Allen. (Sorry, Robert Foster.) He caught all three targets, is a willing blocker, and hasn’t fumbled yet. I was the first to tamp down the love for Williams when he was signed from the CFL saying it was going to be a long road but he’s steadily navigated that lane to get into this position. Isaiah McKenzie I think McKenzie is the next guy up right now and if Buffalo keeps seven receivers, he could find a way onto the 53-man roster, but it would be hard for him to see the 46-man game day squad. He saw only one snap on Friday (incidentally it was a gadget play where he scored a touchdown) just like the previous week where he only saw one play. That’s not how the coaches operate with guys they think could make a big impact. He muffed a punt, too. At this point, he’s probably on the outside looking in in favor of a special teams contributor like Maurice Alexander or Senorise or a guy with more upside at another position.
  9. thanks for stopping by to let us know that. so special
  10. you tell me, ? what do they call it? bbsd?
  11. that was awesome and although my post was of staunch sarcasm, this post is the so ***** cool. not to get all technical and ruin the fun of it and all but I gave up drinking 6 years ago and although I did smoke camels at one time, I'm a marlboro man now, 72 reds. thanks for that man, nothing like spreading some good humor, kudos don't let it get you down man, yeah, I'm a big ass ugly troll, that's it. have a good day, or at least try to as I know last nights PRESEASON game just had you all down and out.
  12. roughing the passer penalty.
  13. you wrote it, I replied. I guess you just feel the need to let the board know, how you feel. poor fella
  14. absolutely. you have to be around this joint. some of the posts I've read here this morning after last nights PRESEASON game are hilarious and ignorant all at the same time.
  15. they wont miss you and I'm sure nobody here will miss you either.
  16. yeah preseason games always tend to discourage me. I base all four ( three really) preseason games on how the season is going to unfold. throwing merely 6 passes on what was expected to be a run heavy night leaves me very worried. I don't even need to watch the fourth preseason game as starters may only play a series so I can go ahead now and use last nights game as an indication of how the season will go forward and since I'm so discouraged I now feel they may win 4, maybe 5 games? man, these preseason games have just taken all the excitement I had in looking forward to the 2019 season. so discouraging.
