  1. the broncos wins in 2024 buccs jets raiders x2 saints panthers falcons browns colts chiefs* 3rd stringers lost to seahawks steelers chargers x2 ravens chiefs bengals the bills wins cardinals fins x2 jags jets x2 titans seahawks colts chiefs 49ers lions pats lost to texans ravens rams pats * we know you throw the season records out when you enter the postseason. that is true. I'm a firm believer, as many are, that anything goes and it's a whole different animal come playoff time. I'm looking at the two teams and denver's wins are not nearly as impressive as buffalos, that's not being bias, just a fact. beating the nfc and afc # 1 seeds alone, is impressive. denver does have a really good front on defense as evident in the season sacks total but they are going up against an o-line that has allowed only 15 sacks and a QB that is much more elusive than the rookie on the other side of the ball. sure, nix has been a fun watch, I have not seen a whole bunch of his game but know he has been pretty darn good in a system payton and brees ran well in nawlins. but, for some reason Mcd and his defense have their way with rookie QBs. we'll see if that is the case again today. I believe the bills have been holding back some and saving it for the postseason and their going in to the game relatively healthy on both sides of the ball and that's a good thing! I believe we will see an energized team in all phases today. the defense will get after the rookie, there will be forced turnovers and JA and the offense are going to go off the rails. the main reason I believe they show out today, is this guy right here. he is and has been a FORCE to reckon with!! now, that is just how I feel. the game will play itself out here soon enough, here's to hoping they come out of it with a dominate victory and advance to the next round. GO BILLS!!!
  2. why are you looking ahead to the ravens? do you think bills players are looking ahead to the ravens? they play denver, today. I'm sure you're smart enough to realize anything goes in the playoffs and anything can happen. but unlike you, mr negative there, I try and be optimistic, look forward to the game at hand and challenge ahead.
  3. atta boy, way to give in before they even play denver.
  4. Why the hell would you go for two.
  5. lac can beat kc. oh wait, that's not in the script.
  6. scared? it's the playoffs. 0-0 every team has the same opportunity to advance. throw the season records out. playoffs are a whole different animal. scared? hell no, I'm looking forward to the opportunity for them to advance to the next round. scared? not at all, I'm excited. anxious and ready for the playoffs!! GO BILLS!!!
  7. According to current information, this scenario is describing a playoff matchup between the Denver Broncos, who led the league with over 60 sacks this season, and the Buffalo Bills, who allowed fewer than 15 sacks, marking the first time in NFL history such a contrast in sack statistics has occurred in a postseason game. The Broncos had a franchise-record 63 sacks this season and the Bills allowed just 14 sacks. It's the first playoff matchup all time between a defense with 60+ sacks and an offense that allowed under 15 sacks. The Broncos have 28 sacks in their last seven games.
  8. no fiery leadership on this squad you say??
  9. that just tears me up.
  10. he was ultimately fired after the 2000 season. they finished 8-8 but that wasn't what got him fired. RW demanded he fire special teams coach ronnie jones and wade refused to do so. RW fired them both.
  11. Titans coach Jeff Fisher said that the decision left him "a little surprised" given that Flutie had been the Bills' starter for the majority of the season. Years later, Phillips wrote that the decision to start Johnson came at the urging of Bills owner Ralph Wilson.
  12. Long-term effect on the Bills The Music City Miracle was the last game in a Bills uniform for the remaining key members of the team's 1990s Super Bowl runs. Andre Reed, Bruce Smith, and Thurman Thomas were all released by the team in the offseason. all three would eventually be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Starting in 2000, the Bills missed the playoffs in 17 consecutive seasons, a streak that was the longest active playoff drought in major American sports when it ended.
