  1. I went from Phoenix, Arizona All the way to Tacoma Philadelphia, Atlanta, L.A. Northern California Where the girls are warm So I could hear my sweet baby say Keep on a-rock'n me, baby
  2. Saw them earlier this year and they crushed the Sentinel. Highlight of the show for me.
  3. What's fun for me is the distinction between what wifey and i consider to be 'wasting money'.
  4. It's amazing how much we get invested in this sh!t. Myself included, else I never would have responded to OP. Discourse is good. Helps to challenge and shape my thoughts.
  5. You've fallen into the trap. Why do you care whether or if it transformed her life? And yet you do. It's a freakin commercial. Could be aimed at any one. Sometimes you, sometimes not you.
  6. Commercial had that vibe. I'm neither part of the target market nor the outrage. Last year we had the car commercial where the male (I can't assume husband in this day and age - amirite?) surprises the female with trucks for each of them for Xmas. Except she demands the truck he intended for himself through multiple "I love its". I thought she was a controlling, ungrateful, me-first b!tch. I never once considered a social media campaign to raise awareness of the despicable nature of her kind . And that's all I have to say about that.
  7. No such thing as bad press? I wonder if Peloton actually p!ssed off their target market. Not saying it happened here but it would be genius if their target market was offended by all the outrage.
  8. Beat me to it, I was gonna go with pfffft's dumb brother.
  9. But, if I stayed here with you, girl Things just couldn't be the same Cause I'm as free as a bird now And this bird you can not change
  10. Whatever happens tonight, I won't ever speak a word of it. Seriously. I don't care what happens. I don't care if we kill someone.
  11. Hello, how are you? Have you been alright through all those lonely Lonely, lonely, lonely, lonely nights? That's what I'd say, I'd tell you everything If you pick up that telephone,
  12. Coast to coast, LA to Chicago, western male Across the north and south, to Key Largo, love for sale Smooth operator, smooth operator
  13. I don't wanna holiday in the sun
  14. I found out long ago It's a long way down the holiday road
  15. Like you, initially I had no issue with the play call, I thought it was kind of clever especially the Lamar misdirection. But you summed it up perfectly. And yeah, it was bush league.
  16. Would have been a really tough call. On one hand you're relying a good deal on an OT coin flip. On the other hand you're relying on a 2 pt conversion which is also pretty much a coin flip - except that since you already made a 2 pt conversion your odds have decreased. I still think I'd go for the win. Seize the day
  17. You've been to far more games at far more stadiums than me and I appreciate the perspective. For the games/stadiums I've been to (mostly the Meadowlands) I agree that taking younger kids to a game is something to think twice about. But are the Buffalo fans that abusive to opposing fans to rank them among the worst?
  18. Eddie Robinson. I was at the Meadowlands sitting high up in the end zone and had the best/worst view of the play. The memory still haunts me. As you said, Chad freaking Pennington.
  19. I got a Nikon camera I love to take a photograph So mama, don't take my Kodachrome away
  20. The history of the NFL is for teams to try to stay in the game for as long as possible. Good optics for the fans. That's changed in recent years with teams sometimes willing to risk winning/losing on an end of game 2 point conversion instead of kicking the extra point and hoping for the best in OT. I get that you wanted to keep the dream of winning alive by deferring the two point conversion, but whether it was with seven minutes or seven seconds left in the game they had to make it. Waiting for seven seconds left would not have increased the Bills chance of winning.
  21. Or 12 in the huddle. BTW, not a hoops fan, but the Lebron walking clip was the C'mon Man highlight for me this week.
  22. I don't disagree that every fanbase has them. But do you honestly think that the Bills fans are as bad as say Philly or Oakland? I'm highly skeptical.
  23. I ride on the bus into the city every day I sit on my seat and I dream myself away I dream I'm on an island with that foxy lady too But when I awaken, I must be mistaken, I'm on Third Avenue
