Since some of you may not have actually seen the game due to the Blackout, I just wanted to say something about JP's Int. I have read some comments here, and listened to the Announcers of the game yesterday, blaming JP for a horrible throw on the ball that was picked off. In all the excitement of Royal's strip and recovery is the fact that Penington stepped in front of JP as he was delivering the ball. It almost looked like he was getting hit by a defender, thats how hard he hit JP. He totally couldn't step into the throw and it was 20 yards short because of it. Penington wasn't engaged with a rusher at the time, he was just trying to move to his left and back to help a guy coming from the Blindside. It was just one of those things. I dont think JP made many mistakes yesterday at all. The friggin announcer (Soloman Wilcots I believe) said that JP had two killer mistakes already in the game, a pick and a fumble. Well excuse me if Willis cant catch a pitch out, and our RT bumps our QB in mid-throw while trying to help out in protection. Go Bills!!! Maybe we are finally "learning how to win"?

I am on of them. Thanks Cablelady

ah, ok then. But still wish I could have seen it.

The family and I just took a DC vacation in June, and we missed the USMC museum. I am a huge fan of the Marines, and the Iwo Jima memorial has always been my favorite. I would have loved to see the museum. First in, last out. Since I live in Phoenix, I dont know when I will another chance...

I hope there is 2 feet of snow that Sunday. He is a slash and cut type of runner. That doesnt play well in bad conditions. I would rather have Willis or A-train in a Blizzard. Come on Mother Nature, lay on the Snow and dont forget the wind!!!!

I liked richards to look at too, she cant act at all. In this one, i liked the first girl better than Vespers. Too bad she died...

I also like the fact that there are limited gadgets in this one. More technology that is real ie. computers, internet stuff. Not car rockets and watch bombs. Those thing are ok occasionally, but Bond should be the weapon, not a watch.

i would not be surprised if we draft 2 QB's next year. Hopefully in the later rounds. Say a 4th and a 6th. or maybe a 5th and a 7th. Twice the chance that one is a player. That being said, until the straightjacket is taken off JP, we dont know if he is a player. What would Kelly's numbers be if he was allowed to throw to Reed and the boys only 13 times a game?

are awesome. I loved the film, and thought the new Bond did a great job. He looks and acts more like "00" should IMO. Less Suave and more killer. I hope they make more. For the record, if you see this film, remember that there are no computer generated graphics during the film. Only at the opening credits. All the explosions and jumps are real.

i think you two should get in the ring and settle this once and for all! BABE OFF!!!! let the best babe win!

I have always liked Miss Ward. She is certified BABE of the day.

How do you blame the QB when its the Coaches that call the Fuggin plays? 4 passes in the first half and 13 for the game? thats crap and you know it. What year is it? 1932? Does JP have some blame? maybe, but I blame the gameplan that limits the offense to that extent. The best offenses are the BALANCED ones. Keep'em guessing. If JP is the reason, then cut his ass right now. But I dont think the team blames JP as much as they blame the O-line. Listen to Jauron and you will here him talk about the limited gameplan being a result of poor line play, NOT a piss poor QB! I personally thought JP played pretty well yesterday.

High school TA has sex with 15-year-old.

ummm plead guilty to 2 counts of SODOMY! HELLO!!!! Stop you Fuggin B word!!!! 15 year old boy charged with attempted murder...... -
Yeah, but we haven't done that in 10 years. I dont expect it to start now.

ok, here goes. I started gambling in the hey day off the Bills. Kelly and the boys made me LOTS of money. I started every year with $500 and quit when it was gone. I gambled every year since up till the last two years. The most I made in a year was @ $12,500. I was on a roll that year. I hit for 3-$3000 weekends. That year saw me in Vegas every weekend for 13 weeks. It ended on a losing weekend that saw me drop $800 in tickets. The most I ever lost for a year was $500. All told I am up probably around $20-22,000. I never kept exact records. I know that free agency has made gambling harder every year. The last 6-8 years saw me losing more until I basically quit. I gamble once or twice a year now, and dont lose my $500 either. Mostly I nickel and dime it now. Small potatoes. Largest one week loss-$800 Largest one week win- $5200 12-15 good years gambling on the greatest sport on the planet-Priceless If you are smart and can stick to your budget, then there is nothing wrong with gambling...

Rettata was classic, but I liked the one on PPP about the telephone pole.

I am not surprised at all. Our defense was 30 or so against the run, and not much better against the pass. Levy knew that the defense was worse off than the offense. If you know what's going on, you know that you fix one side off the ball first. He chose defense. This years draft will be almost all offense. I would bet three OL, a QB, 2 WR, and a RB.
 -
Yeah, they might lose by 40 next week. But since i am a Bills FAN, i think we are gonna win this week, and then win a tight game at Indy next week as they are in a perfect let down mode after a big game tonight against the Pats. Thats what Fans do, you know, root for a team to win, no matter who they are playing.... I know they probably wont win, but i will pull for them no matter what. I dont want a better draft pick, i want more wins...

colts run d is pathetic. I would start Dillon. now if you want to cheer for a guy, start McGahee.

gameday, lets go KM. Here's hoping you have a blowout cover today, bills by 20, and it doesn't have to come down to a damned kicker. or worse yet, a failed stupid two-point conversion in the 2nd quarter to get up by 7 instead of 6.

not to rain on your parade, but the packers are known as the Chocolate packers in my house for a reason. They cost me my biggest payday ever. I had a $200- 6 teamer and a $200 5 teamer and a $100 5 team rotation that would have paid well over $18,000 total. All teams were in and all I needed was the Packers at home on a Monday night. They didn't cover thanks to two turnovers (one inside the opponents 20, and the other inside thier own 20). I lost the bet by 1.5 points. Good luck tommorow! and congrats on your your big win last week. BTW- I hope you had two $100 tickets and cashed them seperately so as to avoid the Tax man...

I dunno, maybe he is in the wheelchair, and he is making a joke of it himself...

I am going out on a limb and predicting a big Bills win this weekend. I think the off week will get the team more focused, similar to week one at Pats. I think the new line set-up will help make us a better running team, as well as help protect JP's bindside. I think JP will have a big day to Lee Evans. The braintrust at One Bills Drive have reviewed the film of the first 7 games, and I think they will have success getting Evans the ball downfield. I think our defense will play aggressive, hard nosed football. I look for lots of pressure on Favre, and a surprisingly stout run defense. I say 4-6 sacks for the Bills. Look for 3 turnovers as well, setting up a short field. Bills 31 GB 10 Flame away all you "glass half empty" whiners. At least you can have a little optimism after a bye week..... Now, who's with me?

LAMP Lookout Circle is coming to Buffalo!
Zona replied to CircleTheWagons's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Now THAT is a nice birthday gift. Tell your wife she is a keeper! Is she going with you? -
Even when the raiders and rams were in LA, nobody went to the games, and nobody watched them on TV. Their ratings were near the bottom nearly every weekend. There is a reason those teams left that market to begin with. I say screw the LA area, and dont force the league to pay for that stadium... I would go so far as to cancel my Sunday ticket if they did.
