I was Fitted at the ping plant here in Phoenix. You hit several dozen balls while they measure the angle of the club. The length of the shaft, the speed and several other aspects of your game. You need to supply info as to whether you play a draw or a fade, etc... Everybody should be fit so that their equipment matches the style of their game.

I agree with what you are saying. I just meant to say that technology helps the better golfers more than the duffer, or even an avg one. For most golfers, all the stuff you mentioned will help a little. the swing is the key. Bad swing usually means bad golfer. If a golfer is good enough to change equipment for the type of courses he plays like you do, then the technology matters. But the duffer, who is just trying to get the ball down the fairway in the air, doesn't need to worry about the groove types or dimple patterns and compression ratios. He just wants to make contact... BTW- do people still buy clubs without a fitting? hehe now thats funny.

Technology hasn't changed all that much really. but as I live in Phoenix, the home of Karsten MFG, and one of my co-workers has a spouse who is a HIGH ranking person at Karsten, I got all my Ping's at "discount" prices. Seriously, Driver tech has changed. That's why I upgraded to the G-2. Before that i used a 25 dollar driver from k-mart. And my irons were a 15 year old set of eye-2's that the grooves had worn off. As I needed to upgrade anyway, I wanted to switch to a blade as i did it... Now, I do know alot of golfers who must have the latest and greatest. new clubs all the time, and their game still sucks....

Maybe so AD, but those rings came under the Tuna. His game plan against the Bills had nothing to do with the Giants holding the ball for 40 minutes. His gameplan had nothing to do with the Bills not stopping the Giants on 3rd down in the second half on the Long drive. And Thurman STILL had 150 yds against his defense. The Giants' offensive execution and the poor defense played in the second half cost us in that one.... BTW--- (arguing against myself now) Did you here the comment on one of the pre-game shows yesterday about Bill Parcells? They said that Parcells is a sub-.500 coach without Bill Belicek....

The question is, How do MM and Marv Levy feel about the 3-4? If Marv feels strongly about it, maybe we do switch. I just dont know. Also, the 3-4 is making a comeback around the league....

I dunno, Fez. Thats a tough call as to which was better. The Series did a fine job of showing the 'verse and all its little quirks. The Movie was just a 2 hour episode with more money spent on the effects. Either way, the money and time I have spent on the DVD's have been well spent. I loved 'em both

OK. We just finished the Series. We LOVED it. I cant believe Fox dumped this. It was great. That just shows how goramn stoopid the networks are. Jayne is the best. And Jaynestown made me friggin LMAO. Maybe "Serenity" will peak enough interest that someone will pick the Series back up.....

My wife gave it to me for Christmas, and I was wondering about the Chronology of the DVD. They have the episodes out of order on the Discs. My question to anybody who has the series is this. Should I watch the episodes by the Air-date of the episodes, or by the order they have them on the DVD's?

No where in that policy does it exclude giving an opinion on Bills Management, unless in an offensive manner. IE "Donahoue sucks AZZ" may be construed as offensive and not allowed. "Fire Donahoe" is neither offensive, innappropriate, dangerous, or commercial. Neither does it advertise or promote agencies not affiliated with the Buffalo Bills. I would argue that "Fire Donahoe" violates neither the letter of the Policy, or the intent. The Fact that Non-offensive signs are not allowed is just another example of Corporate greed and power trying to stifle the voices of the People! Rise up fellow Bills Fans! Let your voices be heard! Write to the Team. Write to the Owner. Call talk Radio. Write letters to the editor. Picket the Stadium. Have a demonstration. Call an Assembly to voice your displeasure. Alert the Media. This thread makes wonder how much the Bills miss Rusty Jones. Maybe the New Stength and conditioning guy sux eggs, and the Bills are just a bunch of Fat arsed guys who get TIRED in the fourth Quarter.... We all have heard the "the game is 60 minutes long, not 58" crap. I say we bring back Rusty, or at least fire the new guy.... C'mon people, we can all agree to fire the stength coach, cant we?
