  1. Seemed weeks 3-4 (in particular) they were a big story and plenty of threads on National Stories. Sorry for bothering you with a thread......😡
  2. Can't see the Seahawks scoring less then 28, thus the Bills will score more on just as bad a defense.
  3. So Buffalo...... No player on the Bills wants to be recognized on a national stage? No I picture Josh in the huddle "Guy's let's get 2 first downs & then we can punt and keep this game in the teens for Coach McD...... Break!" This was exactly some US players' mentality coming to the NBA and being traded (or drafted) by the Toronto Raptors and then bemoaning the fact that they weren't mentioned on ESPN. Surprisingly that changed quickly as the Raptors became one of the top teams in the NBA and got more & more National Press. Doesn't hurt either that Toronto is a great city with outstanding entertainment district, downtown & nightlife (Pre-Covid-19). Oh & Allen wants to throw for 400, Diggs have 180 yards receiving....... Singletary & Moss would too be thrilled with 75 yards rushing & another 50 receiving too..... Players want to be recognized beyond Hamburg or West Seneca.....😜
  4. I'll disagree. I hope and expect a track meet. If Buffalo isn't aggressive then yes I see 37-17 as a pssibility. However I'm a Bills fan & optimist & with a gorgeous day I see 38-35 Buffalo.😋
  5. No I said I was very happy & turning the corner on McD. The last 4 weeks I've seen a regression and the old McD, that I've railed on continually. To keep coming up with excuses that others have figured the Bills out, says one of two things. 1. The staff (& McD) have not adapted (seen this too often in the third quarters over the past years). 2. Josh Allen is not the answer. I hope it is #1, or the Bills are in trouble.
  6. And playing two terrible defenses the next two weeks. I am not that smart, but good offenses are able to consistently put up #'s regardless of the opposition & the Bills were not playing elite defenses the past four weeks and failed for the most part. Again I blame that on McD & the coaches. Refuse to accept that. It's the coaches that hjave let him down.
  7. I've not started a single thread prior to today or linked a national thread. I've commented on many. But we do know Bills fans are much smart (you in particular) then the rubes who are in the national spotlight. How can a team stop everything the Bills do so easily and turn Allen into a game manager????? Sounds like McD talking. Here we go again, manage the clock, play within the 20's and don't make mistakes. If they come out trying to establish the run and time possession..... Ughhhhhhh The Bills are playing the worst defense in the NFL this week, No excuses to not sling it & put up 35+....
  8. No it is important to others. Outside today have I started a thread, posted a link or a story concerning the National Media and the Bills? Today I posted an observation. I do like when they talk about the Bills & it is fun. Much more in teresting then local coverage I can assure you. Get your facts straight.
  9. I was going to give you a thumbs up, but I highlighted where we disagree. Two losses & they are pretenders, no ifs, ands or buts..... The only people it affected (pressure) was the Coaching staff, who were not great in the game. Allowing the NE Offense to move the ball effotlessly the second half. Their first drive the second half was 32 yards & then they went TD, TD & 65 yards (fumbling on the 14). Like a hot knife through butter.
  10. I'm sure they are concerned. However too they have the sewcond best point differential in the NFL +82, vs. the Bills -1. Sunday night will be their litmus test (rematch with NO).
  11. I'm a fan & that is what I expected..... They're perfectly fine, just want to see the Offense playing like they were weeks 1-4 and blaim McD & coaching. As fans we expect better.
  12. I did not go through specifics, but many were blowouts, and others got to 10 because of a late score by the other team. Sure week 1 NYJ scored last minute to make it respectable.... Week three they almost blew it vs. LAR. Vs LVR too the gme was in hand.... But always somewhat close.
  13. Happens 5-7 games every week. Not for the Bills though..... Quick check 53 games decided by 10+ points through 8 weeks or 6.6/week..... Bills have done it once 27-17 week one vs. Jets.
  14. Other QB's & moreso OC's figure it out. This is on Dabol. When Defenses adjust so do Offenses. I hate these stupid takes. I can't stand either how it is always Buffalo needing to adapt & slow to do so.
  15. They were after week 4, but now not so much as people for the most part are meh about a 6-2 team that has not played well the past four weeks. I wish it was different, but it is what it is. Look at the stories going on..... WIlson and the 6-1 Seahwaks, Pitt undefeated, KC being KC, TB & TB, Brees and what exactly are the Saints, NYJ (ha ha ha), Dallas (what a disaster), Rodgers regressing, Baltimore and has the league figured out Lamar, Arizona & is Kyler a star, Burrow, Herbert........ I want the Bills in thew spotlight and hope that changes the next two weeks.
  16. And Jerry Hughes interecpted a batted pass last week. The defense was shredded as NE moved the ball effortlessly the second half and an unfortunate fumble cost them a chance to tie or win the game. Yes the Bills won and no style points, but boy wouldn't it have been nice if the Bills actually took care of business and beat them convicingly as they should have on paper???? If it was not NE, the spread for a 5-2 team vs an injury decimated weak, reeling 2-4 team would have been 6.5 minimum.
  17. 7 drop vs. 54 receptions is a drop rate of 11.5% (7/61).... That is not good. Here is 2019 (though drop % based on targets and Diggs is then 8.9%, still not good) https://www.pro-football-reference.com/years/2019/receiving_advanced.htm
  18. Not sure if Gabriel Davis' was considered one vs. NE, but saw the Bills have 18 drops this year. Diggs has 7 alone. https://www.foxsports.com/nfl/buffalo-bills-team-stats?category=receiving&sort=rec_yyds&season=2020&seasonType=reg&sortOrder=desc The first four weeks they seemed to catch everything & seems the last 4 weeks has been suspect.
  19. Yep two bad decisions, but having the ball inside the 20 with 30 seconds to go & a chance to win, tells me he outcoached/schemed McD.
  20. I am an Allen fan & thus unequivocally blame it on McD and a change in philosophy. When things go well this team is fun to watch, but then they too go into a shell and it seemd the first four weeks they had figured it out. Tennessee the int on the first possession tahnks to a drop and the team mentally didn't recover. Three & out vs. KC when Brown drops a third down pass right between his #'s and then the O stalls. I see this too often from McD. He thinks his Defense will create turnovers, bail them out, come up with stops and has regressed to playing the game between the 20's. Sure the run was working vs. NE, but only 18 passes in a tight game???? Could you imagine Mahomes, Wilson, Rodgers or any great QB and only 18 passes in a game where you never led by more then 7? That is McD. Sure windy so maybe no long passes, but they haven't thrown long much at all since week 4. And we've seen plenty of drops too.
  21. So again someone in the National Media questions the Bills and people are upset. I'm upset the Bills didn't put it to rest and barely won a "home" game vs. a vastly inferior short-handed team. But they won and that I guess is all that matters. The first four weeks it was PFF & "Highly Questionable" with Dan Lebatard, Bomani & Yates and after week 4 & Dan turned the corner famously on Josh Allen, only to have the coaching staff regress in his development & playcalling these last 4 weeks. The Nation Media is going to look at Buffalo as Meh, until they really show something. I hope that comes this week and in the form of a highly entertaining, high scoring game vs. Seattle, where Allen & the Offense play like weeks 1-4. Follow that up with a convincing win vs. Arizona, and then see the narrative change. Bottomline the Bills beat NE, which is all that counts (and TB beat NYG and expect the Media to question TB), but talking about the Bills as a serious contender or a very good team will not happen based on the last four weeks. That to me is on McD.
  22. Blah blah blah blah blah...... Seems other teams are able to adapt and Wilson, Brady, Rodgers, Mahomes...... are able to still put up #'s as pass heavy teams. It is coaching still that I question. 18 passes vs. NE..... Not enough and will frustrate players after a while. Just like second half adjustments that seem to stymie the Bills.....
  23. And I'd put the Bills right there too, but McD still seems to not understand that and has not adapted since week 4. Now it is vanilla offense, a lot of underneath and allowing the other team to dictate the play. And I disagree.... We finally saw a peak as to what it can be and again McD has not helped the past 4 games. 18 passes yesterday in perfectly okay weather. They tried all of one long pass (and that was too at the wrong time).
  24. Would be nice to see the Bills go out and assert themselves vs. the worst Defense in the NFL (and another below average one too). BTYW Arizona is only so high because they played Dallas (Andy Dalton), NYJ & Washington. https://www.espn.com/nfl/stats/team/_/view/defense/table/passing/sort/netYardsPerGame/dir/desc However I expect McD to play it close to the vest and try and control the clock, because as opposed to the opponent being scared of the Bills offense, the Bills will be scared of their offense. That is his modus operandi.
  25. But Lamar is their MVP QB, who can't seem to find WR's......
