  1. Still pissed we took Ford over this future HOF player
  2. Guards needs yo get low with leverage, these two guys would be useful ass great pass blockers because of their length and being able to get their hands on DE'S rushing the passer. They could stuggle run blocking because that requires leverage & getting low to the ground so you can move them backwards.
  3. I think he needs to stay on the field this season or he will be gone next year, he has to see all the offseason activity on the OL and know he needs to produce.
  4. Cannot teach speed, plus he is 6 feet tall. Nice signing and no reason why he could not come in and make the roster
  5. TE - Quintin Morris – Bowling Green Pro Day Update: 6’2 ¼” 251 lbs / 4.58 40 yd / 34” Vertical/ 80 ¾” Wingspan / 10 ½” Hand size / 22 Bench Reps Strong day for Morris, numbers very similar to Gerald Everett’s combine numbers who I compared him to below. Sticking with the comp. To quote Morris “Sometimes they’ll have linebackers over me, but when they realize I’m not really, fully a tight end, they’ll adjust and try to play safeties, probably a little nickel” he said smiling. Morris converted to TE from WR at Bowling Green. Praised for being naturally strong, he took to the transition well. As with most receiving TE’s at the next level he will likely be a “lose slowly” type of blocker but does have versatility in blocking from the line, the slot and as a wing. Morris has good receiving instincts, follows the QB across the field to get open and excels after the catch. His production slowed in 5 games during his senior year but was a reliable target and lead his team in receiving as a junior. I think it should be noted that he had one of the best games of his career against Notre Dame bringing in 10 receptions for 92 yards and had a strong showing at the senior bowl. I see Morris as a Gerald Everett type TE at the next level with a unique skillset that gives him a lot of productive upside.
  6. This could the answer to our TE problem , i like Knox but too many drops
  7. We signed OL free agrents, his job is not guaranteed
  8. Pretty sure Ford is gonzo, i said he was a bust the night he was drafted and think the Bills would agree with all the OL signings & picks Jack Anderson 2021 NFL Draft Profile One of the most physical players in this year’s offensive line class, Jack Anderson is an interesting NFL Draft target. A four-star recruit out of Frisco High School in Texas, Anderson was the 77th-ranked target in his class. He received offers from college monoliths including Alabama, Oklahoma, and Texas, but stuck closer to home. Starting as a true freshman and departing after his redshirt-junior year, Anderson made 38 appearances across four years with the Red Raiders. He was their starting right guard in each of his starts. After his redshirt junior season, he was named to the All-Big 12 first team. Interestingly, he also made the Academic All-Big 12 first team in three consecutive seasons. In Anderson, teams can trust they’re getting a consistent player. Given his reliability on the line, teams could have plentiful interest in the young guard. Further, he displays solid size and movement skills at the guard position. He performed well at his pro day, earning a really nice 8.58 relative athletic score. While his blocking technique could use some adjustments, he provided really sturdy play with the Red Raiders. In 2020, he graded as Pro Football Focus’s 21st-ranked guard in college, earning a 78.8 grade. However, his pass-blocking grade of 86.2 was the 13th-best rating in the college game. In a league that’s constantly chasing ways to protect the quarterback, that skill is a premium one for Anderson.
  9. Very hard for someone that tall to get low, this is one of three picks I would question but we shall see.
  10. You can see the closing speed and how well he moves his hips. Looks like a keeper
  11. I love the pick because the dude has the gifts and once he gains some experience and good coaching he will be a stud. Book it just like i said we should missed the boat bigly not drafting Metcalf on the night of the draft after it happened and we took Ford. What did any of those high priced signing do in that title game? any big time plays that changed the game? Addison is overpaid at his age and what he brings. IMO
  12. I was going to ask you for yours first, your so popular and i feel honored to just hear from you. Thanks for making a day special Cheers
  13. First off , i was right that we blew it drafting FORD over super WR Metcalf, i was right when i said Murphy was a bum signing and should habe been cut, i was right when i said Beanne spent too much money on average players in free agency last season. What did they give us for all that money? NOW on this 1st round pick tonight.......... HE WAS A GREAT PICK and a steal at 30th overall, watch for him to turn into a DE force. Maybe take a season or two but he has the gifts that no coach can teach. Congrats Beane & staff..... well done!
  14. It would be nice if the Pegula's can get NFL to hold draft in Buffalo, would be great and a huge boost to hotels & restaurants all the way to Niagara Falls. Weather is nice this time of year and if Cleveland is good enough then why not Buffalo/Niagara Falls? I am sure plenty of rookies would love to see one of the seven wonders of the world and NEW YORK STATE should kick in money to boost tourism.
  15. If we did not still need pass rushers on defense i would move up to get him, he would give Allen an elite toy for the next 10 years. The problem is the team needs some play makers on defensive side to better balance out the team.
  16. Love it, great value signing for depth Who cares who he played for, its great excellent signing for line depth.BRAVO TO THE BEANNE ON THIS ONE!
  17. Even more of a reason to add a difference maker on defensive side of the ball, offense will again be fine and defense will hold us back.
  18. When? in big games he does not show up, last year against Houston totally missed on sacking Watson in the pocket which was huge. Had no answer for even slowing Kelce down in AFC title. Did he even make one play in either of those games? yes he is good but not great and maybe once cap goes up his salary will meet his good but not great production
  19. I like him and think he is good player, just this defense needed to bring on at least one difference maker and i don't see him being a huge difference maker. We were worse in the NFL covering TE'S or 3rd & long. Paying guys more isa not going to correct that or have someone who can maybe keep Kelce under control. People want to twist my words, that report said the Bills could have used that money differrent. I love the Bills and would love to eat crow, but you need difference making play makers to beat a team like KC. IMO
  20. Has he been a pro bowler ever? i love how you pick and choose yourself and unless he improves at covering TE'S i would agree The fact is the dude is a good but not great player, maybe he changes that this season or maybe we still have no one able to cover Kelce and other TE'S in this league. You seem to miss the point, i a never said he was not a good player, my concern was the salary given for what he gives us on defense.
