So the Bye week is almost over.. is he showing up for work this week?

Not really. I think there was some opportunites for our guys and dropped. Then we make excuses for them because the ball wasn’t a great pass.. which is pretty much the definition of wanting our guy to make a wow catch.

I think Mcd mentioned in one of his press conferences himself that he and Terry communicate all the time and that Terry is very involved in the why and why not things have happened this season. That may have been Mcd kinda implying he is staying and that we have no idea how good their relationship is.. I am in no way advocating for him to stay if we miss the playoffs.. I just don’t know enough about Pegula to understand what he may or may not do.

Would it hurt for Pegula to meet with some of the top players on the team in private and get a pulse on the support for Mcd? If this is true do we hope to keep Brady as OC and Mcd bringing in an D Coordinator?

I think I heard in his post game that he mentioned something along the lines of the offense now sparking and Josh looking more like himself is because he decided to make the move to Brady. He wants to take ownership of anything right but nothing ever wrong.

I’m honestly not sure I even saw anything that special from Hurts. I don’t think he wins very often going toe to toe with Josh and a competent Head Coach. 25/30 for 272, 2 Touchdowns, 0 Int and a 126 passer rating. This one sucks. We are deflated. We should be enjoying this one. Josh put the team on his back.. accounted for like over 400 yards himself. I mean, let’s all worry about Josh Demeanor as he sees another masterful performance flushed away. Yeah we missed some opportunities first half but whatever. Once again we had the lead in regular time overtime and it’s the same old crap. What has everyone been saying, let Josh be Josh and Mcd tried to reign him into his model Qb for 10 weeks.. and that Josh was just ok..no fun , just like Mcd. There is no reason anymore in my mind not to blow this up after the season. If some want to run back with Mcd fine.. I am just not sure we aren’t having this same conversation next season while wasting another year of Josh.

I never thought I would say Houston is a team I enjoy watching but I just can’t help wanting to see what Stroud is going to do. The times I’ve tuned in it just looks like a fun Offense. Stroud is legit and this is only Year One. I think it’s reasonable to expect him to make some mistakes.

We just returned from the game. It was the first time my Wife and I brought our 9 and 11 year old Boys to a game and it didn't dissapoint! Everyone made them feel quite welcome! Cool to see the progress on the new Stadium Site as well. That first hit on the kickoff just jacked up the atmosphere Ten notches. Not scoring Seven there kind of felt like the here we go again with this offense. The Jets D is really good. Every yard the Bills earned on the ground was really tough running. Lots of tight coverage on our Guys. Credit to Allen for taking the underneath play at times abd finding Kincaid over the middle. Gabe Davis is pretty frustrating to watch. Him and Josh are just not on the same page. Another one of those plays where Allen thinks he was going deep and Gabe stopped his route short. Gabe actually has some angry back and forth words with someone on the Bills sideline after that play. Diggs had a few dropped balls. Sauce was good but Diggs had some opportunites albeit tough catches. Another scary scene where the ambulance came out for Taron.. I didn’t realize Rapp got hurt too. He was across the Field so we didn’t really know what was happening.. This probably would have been avoided had the Special Teams not get burned for the fake punt. The crowd seemed to be tired of the fake lining up on fourth down to draw a penalty. Even then Jets were Laughing it off. The D was so fun to watch! They were really nasty to Wilson. I watched him get tossed around like a rag doll at times. Play of the day for me was witnessing that Throw To Shakir. No one without that arm strength makes that throw. I don’t even think Josh stepped in to it. I actually though he was going to be picked off and It was icing on the cake for Shakir take it to the house! Go Bills!

There are so many things the Team could do to help Allen out more imo. Why are we the only team that never can seem to incorporate a real screen game into the plan? Oh wait we have tried once or twice and we really suck at it.. I’m not sure why. We get killed by it time and time again. Do we have a legitimate deep threat? Not really. I also think Allen misses a good Veteran Mentor at his side. Allen was very close to Barkley and back when we were rolling on O, many of the players would go out to eat with Wives and Girlfriends.. they would be constantly posting it on Instagram.. We just seemed like a close knit group. I don’t see any of that anymore. Maybe Allen doesn’t even want to go out too much in public with his new Gf since she is some movie celeb herself. I just can’t help think that Mcd has just sucked the life out of him.. I don’t know. He (Allen) is my Guy but I agree his demeanor is one of just going through the motions. If Mcd is concerned about him and he is not finding the Juice I think he has lost the team..but won’t accept it.

It’s a just a bandaid at this point. Mcd was probably not getting fired at this time. My guess is that Pegula will give him the chance to turn this season around just like he turned around the Franchise. Of course I don’t see that happening so McDermott will still need to be removed after the Season.

I haven’t watch his post game but it sounds like He has blamed Every player and coach while not taking responsibility.. Leader

There is absolutely no rational reason to keep Mcd after this season. We can find someone to coach D We can find a better Leader We Can find a better Offense We can get Josh back on track. We have seen his ceiling and now we at the very rock bottom.. Even at his best it wasn’t good enough. Same coach while Josh was cooking in Kc decided it would be better off to run the ball for a series..

I know I was joking around. Pegula needs to deal with this.

I’m taking my Boys to their first ever game in Buffalo. We will have fun and thankfully they don’t care much about wins and losses right now The only thing that Mcd can do to think about saving his job is win out or get us to 11 wins.. I doubt there are any miracles in this book however.

I’m out on Mcd. This organization can’t sell us on another season after another debacle. He will finish out the year and it should be l, Thanks for all you have done, but it’s time. Beane isn’t without fault either in this whole mess.

Taron has had a bad year.. he has always been really dependable. Sucks to lose on a Flag.
