That is a sound assessment as the stats, even though there’s been coaching changes, allude to some decline. Those first few years he looked like he was going to right there with Pat/Josh/Lamar for top guy in the AFC or League. Steps backward since. Might be right there yolo.

That’s the thing with Herbert man… he makes those look easy but then just absolutely disappears in a game. Very frustrating if you’re a fan of the Chargers or even the sport itself.
