Nobody loves a good moot more than a Bills fan!

A “FOR SALE” sign went up in front of Christian McCaffrey’s house today. He did not provide a forwarding address.

This is why we don’t idolize people we don’t even know.

We ran into Gruden at USF with our kids in 7 on 7’s. He thought he owned the joint. I had already heard terrible things about Gruden living in the area, but he was even worse in person.

Christian McCaffrey was a bed-wetter into 4th grade. (Is that the kind of rumor we are looking for?) See? Now all of a sudden he is worth 3 first round picks to me! That’s how that works…..

That is some serious commitment and motivation! 😱 We throw more than we ever have. Did Josh throw more than 60 passes vs Miami? The number of tips goes up as the number of passes goes up. On a percentage basis, it’s probably a bit more like teams want to contain Josh. Stay in your lane and get your arms up. That’s not a terrible thing if they have to be very, very careful rushing our QB.

I guess it came in handy to have that punter guy a couple times. I prefer to think of him as “the holder guy”.

I’m taking Davis over OBJ all day, every day. Zero question there. Davis is young and rising.

Could very well be. In the big picture, the money he makes this partial mini-season is peanuts compared to a longer deal after this year. If it’s me I play for the minimum to get into the best situation for the best long term deal. Hell, I’d play for free for the Bills before going to some lesser options.

I think just the opposite. I think OBJ could use this as a springboard to a multi year deal if he comes out with a strong showing in the playoffs. People want to see him produce at the level he was in the SB prior to the injury before signing him to a longer deal. He might have been the SB MVP if he stayed healthy. It’s a great showcase for him if he picks the right horse and plays well in the last game of the year. I don’t know how he feels about this (obviously), but I think we are that horse! GO BILLS! EDIT: Poll is currently a dead heat. If we were to choose one, I’d take the WR in today’s game IF he is healthy. .

Has anyone mentioned we threw three weeks worth of passes in a single game? We throw the ball……..A LOT.

You can get a nice little place for that kind of money in WNY. It’s a nice down payment in LA. 😋

We faced the Eagles during preseason during my childhood. I had strep throat and a fever so I was not allowed to attend, but I listened on the radio as giant Harold Carmichael torched us. In preseason. And I was devastated.

But nobody is working, and THAT is real. They are all available to have leftovers and watch a game on an otherwise wasted “holiday”. I think it’s brilliant, and wonder why it didn’t happen sooner.

ROBOTS. They went overboard after the Tua fiasco. Take it out on Tua and the Dolphins, not the rest of the league and the fans. I’m all for looking after the QB, (especially OURS!), but there need to be limits to these horrible calls. It will run people off if it keeps going this way. How about we at least have real grass in EVERY STADIUM POSSIBLE. I’m seriously wondering, what percentage of concussions come from head contact with the turf? Sure, there are other possibilities, but it’s usually head on turf it seems. Grow some grass!

…and if he doesn’t, I trust that that is for the best long term for our team. He will deal if it makes sense.

I know concussions are a brain injury, and it can happen to anyone. Having said that, having a big, strong, athletic QB makes it harder to whip them around like a rag doll. I fear for Tua’s long term health as he’s not fast enough to get away, nor is he big enough to put up much of a struggle. BOOM goes the head off the turf. So now the league will have us lay them down gently on a down pillow. It’s getting further away from what I remember as “football”.
