  1. We will put one at MLB. Problem solved. I mean, it’s just football, right? I like how things are going so far. I don’t know who will play MLB, but these guys are smarter about football than I am. So far, so good, IMO.
  2. He’s a tweener, but from what I’ve read his versatility is a positive, but he’s not a regular NFL CB.
  3. You’re going to love this part: He comes with his own dome!
  4. I hope you are happy! Help for the offense this year!
  5. Chris Webber says we should trade our 4th rounder to move up!
  6. I’m like the sound of that better!!!
  7. Who would you like, in order? I’m not that informed to have an opinion.
  8. My son texted after that pick. He was pissed.
  9. I thought that about WR in the 1st until I didn’t. That’s why it’s so compelling!
  10. Please don’t drop the baby. You will regret it. 😱
  11. What tangent? Zay Jones was brought up, and I pointed out something was goofy there. I think that’s a fact. I’ll take the eyes of more informed people, like Daniel Jeremiah and Chris Simms, over your opinion or mine. They have him as a top 10-15 talent. I don’t buy the “good players out of conference X can’t be had at positions Y.” We used to say in banking, because you got burned on a car loan for a blue Buick doesn’t mean you don’t lend on blue cars or Buicks. Every situation is unique. It requires knowledge and experience to know the difference. I like his skill set. My biggest concern is Dorsey knowing how to use the pieces he’s given. I’m hoping for large strides forward for our OC.
  12. He’ll make it to 59. I was assured of that. What’s going on here?
  13. AGAIN? I guess we need to start stocking up on Special Teams guys now. Who do you have as your top rated long snapper?
  14. Gee, is it too late for us to get in the running?
  15. One of them is Sybil, am I right?
  16. The poll is currently 166 to 14, so he’s not completely alone. 😋
  17. Daniel Jeremiah and Chris Simms agree with you, so you’re not in terrible company there.
  18. Dan Patrick was hysterical this morning talking about the Dallas draft room. They seemed shocked and had a “what NOW?’ look about them. When they made the pick they all forced a polite clap, while holding back tears. 😂
  19. I guess that counts as an opinion. 🤷‍♂️
  20. Zay Jones was out of his mind, for some strange reason. That was a (mental health) outlier, in my mind. He’s still in the league, and I doubt we’ll ever know exactly what was going on behind the scenes.
  21. Daniel Jeremiah had his as his #11 player in the draft. Cowboys were going to take him. Most people agree it was a great get, even at that cost. We need players who can make a difference. I think he can do that and is a better get than two JAGs. We need special, even if it’s not a WR. I’ve seen more highlight film on him (I know, highlights) and I like what I see. His name is not Bill, but he is indeed stupid. He will wear out my mute button!
  22. If we were to have a draft for owners, he would probably be not much more than one spot ahead of Haslam, who would be Mr Billionaire Irrelevant.
  23. Sounds like the first round. There was one guy worth moving up for, otherwise they wanted to move back. You don’t know until you get to that moment and evaluate the situation. BUT, getting MORE picks is certainly appealing.
  24. Pretty much agree, but there is no way to speculate on generalizations like this. Who is available? How do you grade them? What would moving gain/cost you? Who is drafting around you? What are their needs? I would not even venture a vote without knowing the specifics.
  25. I’m glad you took today off. 😋
