Care to share some of your top 10? I’ve never been to Bar Bill but hope to visit on my next trip. Always looking for good options. When I lived in WNY there was a little house on the east side of Transit around East Amherst. Rosy’s or something? It’s been gone forever I’m sure, but when I think of my favorite wings, I think of that place.

Well, here’s the thing - I have no idea what you are talking about. I don’t like people screaming around me and all talking at the same time. That seems to be largely the ESPN formula. I can’t take too much of their schtick. If other people have noticed that, maybe there is a reason.

I hate for anyone to lose their job, but some of these guys like Keyshawn and Booger add absolutely nothing of value, and they should be set for life already. I wonder if they are making cuts at lower, non-visible levels too? Those folks I’d feel much worse for. They’re working to feed the kids and pay the bills.

Shouldn’t that be: IF STEVEN A KEEPS HIS JOB I personally don’t enjoy being yelled at. Maybe it’s just a me thing? 🤷‍♂️ .

Everywhere, indeed! We were in Italy in May and spent a day taking a boat to Capri with three other couples. Sure enough, the last guy to show up was wearing Bills gear! I instantly knew we’d get along just fine. We were supposed to go with friends next fall, but it just had to be the same week the wife does one of her biggest events of the year. We’ll keep trying to make that happen at some point. .

So you do get network channels including local stations. I guess that was my question. We get a boatload of streaming services, but not with local stations that I know of. I still watch some network TV while the wife streams almost everything she watches. This sounds like basically what I have now with DTV Streaming, plus DTV Dish which was the only way to get Sunday Ticket. Streaming could not get the games for some reason, but I enjoyed a little redundancy for “emergencies”. ….and YES, I did get up and walk across the room to change to one of the other two channels available to me in black and white. Commander Tom was worth the effort! .

I think that goes without saying. At that level, there is a team of people managing various parts of his empire.

Since we are already on a tangent, we got a new washer/dryer set when we moved over a year ago. The delivery guys came, set it up and said it had to run a cycle, so he started them. The wife went up to work with non-stop calls scheduled, and I went to walk the dogs. TWENTY MINUTES LATER, I walk into the brand new house at the time. I don’t even know where a towel is, but these guys hooked the water up to the washing machine without putting the hose into the drain. It flooded the first floor. They tried to drag out the insurance claim, but eventually paid. Oops!

We rented a townhouse to our son and DIL for a while. They wanted to replace the dryer because it wasn’t getting the job done. We had a guy come and clean the vent and they couldn’t believe the difference! We thought our house was just fine, but we had him out regardless.

Sorry for my ignorance on this matter, but what do you watch on YouTube TV? Is it just another streaming service? It looks like I’m gonna need an education.

If I had to guess, I’d say this sounds plausible. He’s looking for places to invest his piles of cash. If some people backed out that’s curious and means additional risk, but big risks can mean big rewards too. He’s a smart guy, I wouldn’t bet against him. I am more likely to figure out the Diggs/Josh relationship than decipher this situation, but it will be interesting to follow.

Yeah, but I thought the Doc sticking a needle in his lung was a bit much in terms of punishment. We all know he could be frustrating, but as I recall he bet on himself to come to the Bills, taking less money for a shot at starting. I tend to like guys who bet on themselves and then let their play speak for itself. The guy made about $70 Million, so I can’t feel too bad for him. You clearly have not seen my Chris Kelsey shrine. 🤷‍♂️

I don’t have time to look now, so I’ll take your word for it, though it sounds like it’s getting into subjective territory. Our son tore his ACL and it took a while for him to be himself in sports, but he fully recovered. More than a decade later it’s giving him some issues, but he played at 100% eventually. I think that is the case with most people. It’s certainly not like the old days where a torn ACL was a career killer, like Robert James. Still, saying only 28.5% are still in the league 3 years later still sounds like a leading statement, and maybe even misleading. What percentage of players without ACL surgery are still in the league 3 years later. How different is that number? .

This seems flawed from the beginning. It measures how many players play for 3 years post ACL surgery, while ignoring that the average career is only about 3.5 years. WHY are they out of the league? It may be knee related, or guys just don’t last that long. You would expect a low percentage.

It also demonstrates that men are only needed….for so long. 😋

The tires are getting angry, at this point. And the price becomes more reasonable….. 😋

That reminds me….I played in a 6 foot and under basketball league in college. They measured you and everything. Decades later I was at the doctor and they measured me as over 6 feet….and I thought back to that day I had such poor posture for a brief period. EDIT: I never had 30, or even anything close to 25. My job, like the others, was to get the rebound (I was the “big guy”!), and get the ball to Brent. My roommate was a freak who was good at everything. QB in high school, all-state in baseball, golf team in college, played with the guys on the college hoops team by invitation, etc. He took up tennis after college, and he’s a teaching pro now in retirement. One of those guys. We all knew our roll. .

I almost thought he was going to trade a Coke for a jersey in the tunnel, there! Nice story @Royale with Cheese, I don’t remember that.

I get the smallest order which is usually 5 or 6 wings. I usually have one or two leftover. I went to lunch with a buddy at a pizza place. I usually just get a slice and I’m good. He wanted to try the wings, so I suggested the smallest order, I’d be good with one or two, max. Fast forward: we ordered 20, I had two and he ate the rest….plus his pizza. I couldn’t have done that on a bet!
