Week 12: Broncos at Bills
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not really. The offenses of the two teams are very different. The biggest issue for Bills in this game is V. Miller and game planning to deal with him. Ryan Bates should be activated this week. -
Can the Detractors Now Admit Allen's Growth?
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm actually glad he still has things he can improve on. Why? because he hasn't reached his peak and still has potential for growth. I mean If he's getting 3500 yards and 30TDs of production with what he has right now.....Wow. The ceiling is very exciting if you're an actual Bills fan. Stay healthy Josh! -
3-3 over next six games and we make playoffs
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower replied to Watkins90's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Let's focus on them one at a time and build up some momentum. Things can look very different if we build off this game. -
Thats was the first really big chase.

A . His highest Passer Rating in a game 117.7 , plus the running and not turning it over. You must be a hit at funerals -
Can the Detractors Now Admit Allen's Growth?

Yeah and I just Tom Brady do the same thing this afternoon vs Eagles. -
I have felt for a couple days that the tea leaves I'm reading indicate things are "right" this week. No trap, no letdown. Among those tea leaves, I think Fitz throws picks and turns it over. We all know he is fully capable of blowing up. This could be the week, our defense has one TO in 5 weeks, using the due theory, we get them this week. Also, Preston Williams is out and we are very healthy. Offensively, with Bills focused on hitting a 'long "one, using due theory again, they will hit one sooner or later hit one, they're close. Foster is back, they seem to be game planning for it, last week Denzel Ward's PI kept us from hitting an early one. I could see it happening a couple times if it happens early. I see this game having the potential to be like last year's game to end the season 42-13? Josh and the offense will play fearless and put up 4 offensive TDs, perhaps more if we get turnovers. No surprises from Miami this week.

Some Allen/Offense Stats

....And did not play for a Power 5 team with a high powered passing attack, like Oklahoma or Texas Tech. He lacks experience, is raw but improving, and is learning at the NFL what some of these guys experienced in college. Let's give the player some patience, he has a lot of positive characteristics. -
2019 Playoffs. 1st round

Basically, as I understand it using NYT, we go 4-3 and we're in, go 3-4 and its 50-50. -

1 INT in the last 5 games when he was criticized for playing "hero" ball is a big improvement. He just needs to find the balance. -
Some Allen/Offense Stats

Well Dalton is an old has been or never was, Kyle Allen is was an undrafted FA for a reason and his career sample size is crazy small, Daniel Jones is a small sample size as well and was widely believed to have been over drafted, Kyler Murray you can make an argument for. Bottom line is Josh was the number 7 pick in the draft and some thought would go higher. He has only 20 games under his belt, and has all the tools to become great. He was very raw compared to all the others who had more college experience at a higher level. He's basically doing the training they did in college in the NFL, and his pedigree is better than anyone except Kyler. In short he's a bigger, more intelligent, more athletic package. -

So you'd trade Josh Allen even up for Andy Dalton, Kyle Allen, Daniel Jones and Kyler Murray? I can't see an argument even being made about the first three, that's just silly. -

So are you trading Josh Allen even up for any of the highlighted players?
