When I read your first paragraph I said that's what the Braves did, and then I see that's where you were going............They got rid of McAdoo, etc. and then put in some clause that X amount of season tickets had to be sold or they can leave. So, their plan worked to perfection. BTW, we never had Bill Walton. But, we did have his UCLA backup - Swen Nater! LOL!!

Up until last year, I would totally agree with this. But, rushing the QB certainly was a strength and not a problem last year. I really think with the moves we've made, we are in a position to go BPA at this point..............And, I even have to agree with not going after a QB. Get everything else in place, and if EJ isn't the man after this year, then move up, do anything you have to to draft a top QB next year.

I really think they are at a point where they can go pretty much best player available.

That's very cool. I've written one letter in my whole life to any type of corporation, team, musician...........It was to John Butler, when they league was reorganizing. I really wanted them to stick with their traditional rivals - Jets, Pats and Fins. There had been talk about going in with the AFC Central. One of my work partners answered the phone and said it's John Butler's secretary and he wants to talk to me........ I'm like what?? I had to get going to an appt, so I asked if I could call from my car. I had to borrow somebody's else's cell as I didn't even own one then. The whole half an hour ride, he talked to me about Bills football (he agreed with my letter and said Mr. Wilson is arguing for that right now at the league meetings). It was on the day that they signed back Ruben Brown, when Fina took a pay cut to do it, after it looked like Ruben would be gone..........So, it was a major press conference day, etc. and he still talked to me about what I thought about the Bills for half an hour.

Why would we trade up in the deepest draft in years, unless it was for a quarterback?

I was thinking that one issue I was going to have is that the cord would look ugly or have to take a lot of work not to - to get from my computer to my desktop in my office...........But, I have a laptop that sits in the living room right by the TV and hasn't been touched in a year. So, I can get some good use out of it by simply connecting the HDMI cord between it and the TV? I have a wireless router, so I it can pick up what it needs that way?
