Everything Adam Duritz has touched is brilliant IMO. One of the most underrated song writers in the biz. Fantastically talented band too and an unbelievable amount of awesome live covers over the years. From Rod Stewart to Elvis Costello, Oasis etc... Stuff you wouldn't see coming. Have you ever heard the original demo of 'Round Here? Wow. So much fantastic unreleased material as well.

Just watching the Glazer interview, it becomes obvious he's intelligent and well spoken. He's just a liability around alcohol and immature. You could say that about half the early 90's team. Well worth the risk.

Same here. 20% is my bottom and bartenders get more usually. I don't tip at sub shops or Starbucks unless I experience exceptional service (1 out of 10 probably ).

The craziest part of it is, people still doubt Beane. Granted, he hasn't won a ring, but he takes the lowest or second lowest payroll in the MLB and parlays it into the playoffs year in, year out. Claiming Marrone is unintelligent is straight talk? He just walked away with 4 mil for nothing and will have another HC job with more organizational control ASAP. Frankly, it was brilliant.
