  1. In my opinion, part of the issue with Tyrod wanting to leave the pocket comes from his style of athleticism. He is excellent at avoiding tackles by avoiding contact. He is not excellent at breaking tackles. In fact, I think he is easy to tackle once someone gets a hand on him. Unlike some QB's like Big Ben who can brush off a hand on his jersey. Tyrod has to avoid contact in order to avoid sacks. I think he knows that. And I think it makes him a little more skittish inside the pocket than some larger bodied quarterbacks. Looks to me like Tyrod is trying to avoid any contact at all while inside a pocket. That makes him tend to want to bounce into space rather than step in closer inside the pocket. Yet he is improving in that regard and trusting his linemen more.
  2. Welcome to the Tyrod bandwagon. We got enough milk and cookies for everyone. Help yourself. Milk is in the fridge.
  3. Notice how much better Tyrod (and every other QB in the league) is when he has great pass protection. Bills season depends mostly on the performance of the offensive line assuming everybody else keeps playing the way they have. With good protection, the passing game will improve as the season progresses - even with these same receivers. - my opinion And some teams are very reluctant to blitz Tyrod already - if only that line could hold up regularly against a 3 or 4 man rush.
  4. Yeah. He better not be field goal happy on fourth and short against New England though - or I'll start wearing Dick Jauron masks to the games. You kick when it is the smart option. Against high powered offenses - kicking questionable field goals usually results in a loss due to lack of enough points. It took Chan Gailey his entire time in Buffalo to learn that. Then he got fired.
  5. Guys whiff on QB tackles because it is a protect the Nancy QB league. b,s,
  6. Who is this Kelce guy? He looks pretty good.
  7. Swearingin cocksu**er!
  8. I am liking the head coaching for the most part. If the Bills are ever going to become a dominant team though - McDermott is going to have to be more aggressive putting teams away early. He is too field goal happy in my opinion. Bills are eventually going to lose to a high powered offense because of it. I want to see him build a truly dominant team that puts games away early and often.
  9. Chiefs are intimidated by Skins heavy hitting.
  10. News flash...... Chiefs and Skins are good teams.
  11. We heard it here that a guy who is 6'1" is too short to play QB in the NFL. So Baker Mayfield is out. He won't be able to throw over the middle.
  12. So are you then admitting that he has improved in that area? Because before you said he hasn't improved as a pocket passer.
  13. Looks like you nabbed another one!
  14. Anquan Boldin wants back in now!
  15. With all 3 needing surgery, maybe they can share a hospital room - get some ho's and a table dance. Shake it up. Shake it up.
  16. Perplexing, considering the timing. Beane is cheap!
  17. If you watch the video, it shows a Denver tackler flying into the scene and kneeing Carr in the back (somewhere near the kidney area). Immediately after the knee impact, Carr reaches around with his hand and grabs the same exact spot on his back where the knee impacted and twinges in pain. So if kneeing a person in the back causes spasms, I guess I could believe it is spasms. Just seems like they would have said it is a contusion instead of spasms. Del Rio said "something caused his back to spasm up" I am guess that Del Rio said that not realizing he got kneed in the back. And that also might be why Carr responded with the comment "I'm glad he knows. That's awesome." Would make sense why he made the smart ass remark.
  18. I'm wondering why they are even calling it back spasms? In the video of the play, he took a knee to his lower back. You could see him reach his hand back there and squirm a little bit like he was in pain. I am no expert, but I thought spasms were totally different from a bruised back. I thought spasms were twitchy muscles. Seems more like an impact injury to me. But, just guessing from what I saw.
  19. I saw them too. But, I think it was a special VIP section with its own bar and stuff. Looked wicked comfy.
  20. He didn't throw for 300 yards. He is not a franchise QB. They should cut him now and focus on the draft.
  21. TY IHHTFOWATSAM I hate having to figure out what all these stupid abbreviations mean. Millennials
  22. Good post! The Bills are a couple steps away from being a dominant football team that can actually beat these good teams convincingly instead of just barely. I'm hoping the offensive line starts blocking better. If that offensive line becomes dominant in the run and pass game, this team becomes dominant on defense and offense. What does SMH stand for?
