I’m just asking the poster named after someone who is smart. He emphatically stated there is only one goal. He then called someone who had not achieved that goal “successful”. At least one of those statements is false.

Eric Misspelling is definitely a crap shoot at best. Sean P is a coke head. Ben Johnson the hot name du jour. I love Frank Reich but he is a proven lesser coach than McD. Pederson has his bona fides but also burned a lot of bridges. In summary, yes. Arbitrarily getting rid of a successful coach is at best a crap shoot. If a team consistently took the approach of getting rid of coaches with results similar to McD, to you think that team would be an attractive destination?

With respect for your post and thoughts I’m still going to decline listening to that. Reasons: 1. the whole Payton thing is laughable. If the Bills fired McD in January and hired Payton, Florio would have been apoplectic. 2. Florio has always been a shill for Kraft even while rub and tug Bob danced on Ralph’s grave and tried to get the Bills moved to Toronto. Although in recent years he has said positive things I believe that has been born out of the undeniable truth that the Bills have been successful.
