Josh is currently 26. I expect he will be a top 3 qb throughout his career. I believe his running will slow down appreciably from age 30-34 or so. Defenses will then play him differently. Buffalo will need a running game at that point. I also believe with contracts so crazy now that Josh will make so much money that he won’t feel the need to play much past his mid thirties. Also factor in him getting married, having kids and his desire to not have injuries/concussions affect his family life I believe he will retire sooner than we all want him to. Still I expect Josh to play for at least 8-9 more seasons. So I’d say the window is now through 2031 or so.
I’m betting we won’t though. All I’m seeing on national media is breaking down the Eagles remaining schedule and how they “realistically” can go 17-0. I don’t think the Eagles will get ANY criticism for tonight’s game despite their game feeling a lot like the Bills/Packers game where seems like Buffalo has been criticized for not blowing them out.
Bills 27
Jets 17
Jets play us unexpectedly well for the most part. It’s their Super Bowl and last gasp this season. Wilson will have a couple turnovers that make the difference.
Yeah we definitely didn’t play a great game. Somewhat disappointing. But Aaron Rodgers got his first ever loss in prime time. Wish we would have covered but still happy. Let’s move on and destroy the Jets
When we wonder why NFL players don’t vote for Josh to the pro bowl or vote him to top 3 for the NFL network top 100, these are the games, on national tv that cause him to slip. Definitely a shame. I expected Josh to kick a$$ tonight.
