Agreed. NFL isn’t smart though. We will see if they do the right thing. Bills just need to refuse to go back out. Take the forfeit. Better than going back out and losing by 40 and risking more guys getting injured. It’s a no win situation

Yeah surprised with this game being so closely matched supposedly, I’d say at least 75%-80% of the picks I’ve seen in the media this week are for the Bengals. Kinda weird.

Exactly. I was about to post this exact complaint. I don’t need much more reason to hate ESPN, but their moronic narrative lately that is constantly focusing on Allen’s turnovers while completely ignoring all his TDs and great plays in the red zone which GREATLY outnumber any turnovers he ever has had in his career down there is about as lazy and sloppy commentary as one could attempt to make. And then of course a segment five minutes later Steve is showing highlights of Mahomes and why he is MVP. If ESPN didn’t have a more moronic agenda so apparent, there wouldn’t be a need for them to exist.

Joe Ferguson won a wild card playoff game at the Jets in 1981. Frank Reich won at Pittsburgh the week before Kelly came back vs Miami for the AFC championship game in 1992 season.

This ^ and also for some dumb reason the Bengals are running their mouths dissing us the last few days. Don’t really understand that other than their head coach doesn’t run a tight enough ship in Cincy. Hopefully the media and the Cincy players are all backpedaling their takes from this week around 21 hours from now.

Most of the nation was sick and tired of the 90’s Bills and didn’t want them in any more super bowls. The Bills themselves used this as a rallying cry when they made it to their fourth Super Bowl. Kelly especially mentioned it numerous times back in that final Super Bowl run. So yeah I’m sure a lot of the nation is sick of seeing KC in the AFC championship, not just us here in Buffalo.

Just watching a segment on ESPN sports center just now and they were talking about the 3 way race for #1 AFC seed. It was 70% KC, Cincy 25% and Buffalo 5% as far as discussion. The media is foaming at the mouth for KC. Can’t wait for this time tomorrow night to watch them all backpedal.

I just hate the thought of suffering through the Ravens on back to back Sunday nighters. They have no chance to beat Cincy with Huntley. I doubt I’d even watch that one.

This is also true. You’d think they would want the Seattle game to be played at the same time as the Lions/Packers game. So my theory of that being a good Sunday nighter may be wrong.

I think it’s heavily leaning towards Packers/Lions. If Lamar was playing I could see the Ravens getting it. But after the Ravens performance tonight, they won’t give Cincy much of a game with Huntley under center. Not worthy of a SNF audience. Rodgers vs upstart Lions seems the bigger ratings grabber.

KC playing on Saturday afternoon now. Wow. So Buffalo will know their fate before they play their final game and will be able to decide about starters possibly. (if Chiefs somehow lose to LV)

Ok so KC plays Saturday now. There goes the theory that Bills and Chiefs would play at the same time. Lol So Bills will know by their week 18 game time if they can rest starters or not. Although not likely they will.

There will be two nationally televised games on Saturday by ESPN/ABC. I think Jax/Tenn will be one of those for sure. I agree that GB/Det looks like a good bet for Sunday night.

If we beat Cincinnati tomorrow night we still need to win next week. We won’t be resting starters next week no matter what. We will still be fighting to determine what seed we end up.

Jefferson one catch for 15 yards today. He realizes he’s not going to break the NFL receiving record this year after today. Cousins was horrible today.

Yeah I think that one has a better chance at sat night than Sunday night. Definitely not on Sunday. I think GB/DET is heading for Sunday night

Pats Bills isn’t an win or in for us. Just for Pats. Not on the same level as the two I mentioned. Those games winner is in, loser is eliminated.

Guess we will find out next spring

As of now it looks like there are two games next weekend that are whoever wins is in. GB/ DET JAX/TEN Those two games could be the most likely for flexing into the sat night and sun night slots. And CIN/BAL could decide AFC North. So that will be a possibility for Sunday night as well.
