I decided to stop going to that site a while ago. It takes 15 minutes to load even over broadband and is so overrun by ads, unwanted video, and crap that I couldn't take it anymore. The day that it occurred to me that the top 5 inches of the page were all taken up by logos and advertisements was the day I switched my bookmarks to Yahoo Sports.

I haven't seen any of the Marv press conferences until the news tonight so I haven't been too reactionary to what has been going on at OBD. BUT TONIGHT, seeing him at the podium.....even backpeddling as he did....MAN it brought back memories.....and confidence. Harkening back to a better day. It didn't end with the game. The first five minutes of Bruschi coverage on Sportscenter was capped off with Sean Salisbury (a former quarterback) stating that Tedy "dominated the game" and "was clearly in mid-season form." Friggin' puke. The only rush that I saw Tedy stop was Suzy Kolber's after the game.

Since he is theoretically on a flight from Australia, I was wondering about the possibility that he is Aboriginal. Or at least someone who lived in the outback. He does seem kinda big for an Aboriginal though...hmmm.

Tedy Bruschi, on the other hand, has not been placed on IR and there are rumors that he may try to come back this season. Maybe the stories are getting mixed up.

Not that this has any bearing on the outcome of the game, but what about towards the end when the refs stopped the play for a booth review just as Vick was snapped the ball and Vick angrily spiked the ball, tore off his helmet, and started yelling at the refs? No unsportsmanlike conduct? Don't you get an automatic UC just for taking your helmet off on the field?
