I look forward to the left wing protest machine going after Cedric the Misogynist. Don't hold your breath.

Trump's leadership team
IDBillzFan replied to Benjamin Franklin's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Breaking: Hillary Clinton and her money-laundering scheme took millions from Russia, but THIS has you upset? You hypocritical dumbass. If only you leftwing nutbags could think for yourself instead of repeating what you hear from Pelosi and Warren. Imagine that. From Sessions: -
Yard work- have it done or do you do it yourself?
IDBillzFan replied to mead107's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Twelve. The only thing Mexican about my gardener and his two helpers is, occasionally, their lunch. They do the two properties to my left, so he's hitting three accounts in one fell swoop. It's actually a cool little system the way they break it down. -
Do you realize who unbelievably petty you sound with this? Do you honestly believe that history will look back at the Trump presidency and bark about how his first five-weeks in office polled lower than a guy who made an intern suck his dick in the oval office? Grow up. There is a world SO much bigger than the one you're viewing through your bubble.

That was it for me. I want to spend weekends with my family, not a lawnmower. For $70/month I have a guy handle my property every two weeks; not just mow/blow/go, but he regularly trims hedges, shrubs, etc. as well as maintaining my sprinklers. I can skip a night out every month for that. -
Global warming err Climate change HOAX

So was Bill Nye the Science Guy. Zoom was actually a pretty good educational show. Sesame Street for pre-teens. I used to watch it in 5th grade. I mean, it wasn't quite HR Puff-n-Stuff, but for an educational show it was groovy in a happenin' kind of way. -
Global warming err Climate change HOAX
IDBillzFan replied to Very wide right's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I never understand why people turn to Bill Nye on this topic. It's like doing a documentary on advanced contemporary music theory by interviewing the kids who did the opening song for "Zoom!" -
Yep. It turns out he stuck to the script and stayed poised for the moment. The immediate narrative, led by Van Jones of all people, is that this was the night Trump became POTUS, and if he maintains this side of him, the Dems better start to worry. Post-speech polls on CNN had viewers off the charts for optimism from the speech. Yet today he'll probably have a Twitter war with the entire cast of "Punky Brewster, Season 1" and we'll be back to bombastic Trump. It's always fun to come back to these gameday threads and pick out who was wrong during the game. That you were the first one I found was not surprising. He is, surprisingly, getting very, very high marks for his speech from even the far left talking heads (See Jones, Van). Of course, when your party sits on its hands while everyone else is standing and loudly cheering for a young vet's widow, regardless of what you think, the image is all you need to understand why Democrats are swirling the drain, in any direction.

You joke, but you can bet your ass tomorrow they will all use the same word to describe it. It will be "dark" or "fearful" or "morose." But whatever it is, they'll all use the same adjective. Almost like they all get together on some remote message board and plot out how to report on things. Ah. That would never happen.

And here I thought he was referring to Jerry Brown, to which the proper response would be, "He doesn't blow so much as he sucks."

President Trump's "alternate facts"
IDBillzFan replied to Benjamin Franklin's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
No Trump defender am I, but have you see all the embarrassing fake stories that have happened in the past year? They all get big headlines at first...until we find out it was the local black guy who painted "n----er" on the black church...or a Democrat who was handing out Russian flags at CPAC...or actually no one who was raped at a University of VA frat party. There are a lot of people out there who want a narrative, and will do anything to get that narrative out there because they know the first story will always be bigger than the correction. Again, not defending Trump, but who here would be surprised if you found out some a left wing nut was making bomb threats and tipping over tomb stones to push the Trump is Hitler narrative? -
The Engel thing is funny. The Hill posted on Twitter today: To which Brit Hume posted: Biggest temper trantrum ever. Great job, Dems. Keep up the quality work.

'I was born a poor black child'

If skin color doesn't matter to you, how are you able to label and chastise people? Oh, wait. You're not a Democrat. Nevermind. -
And yet we never see them put their money with their mouths are, do we? We never see them send the federal government a few extra million to make things more fair, do we? No. We don't. Anyone can sound logical. It's like saying "I support the troops!" We all say "Yes, yes, I support the troops, too!" But I don't see many people keeping up to Gary SInise any time soon.

The Media's Portrayal of Trump and His Presidency
IDBillzFan replied to Nanker's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
You know what's really amazing about that photo? The way the media went batschitt crazy over the way Conway took the photo. It was popping up all over social media last night and, as usual, Ben Shapiro puts it in perspective. -
Fred Jackson wants to play in 2017 but retire as a Bill
IDBillzFan replied to jimmy10's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Be careful, Fred. Timmah Graham calls your request "the most flaccid sports tradition" and an "insipid" event on which people should wipe their feet. -

Well done, students. Well done. History must be erased. -
The Blue Dog Dems were part of the plan to get a majority in both houses, and it worked. He wasn't going to get a majority in both houses by running your standard far left Liz Warren nutbags in purple areas, so they ran more moderate Dems who had a chance. That said, the problem wasn't that he allowed them to strip out single payer. The problem was that the law was written by umpteen people with money-grabbing self-interests, none of which involved the country's citizens, and it was forced through because time was running out and opposition was growing across the country. It literally took the president spending weeks openly and blatantly lying to the world to keep momentum moving. As a result, his first two years basically included the abortion known as ACA, the money-laundering Recovery Act, and naively embarrassing Cash for Clunkers scheme. Other than that, how was the play, Mrs. Lincoln?

Funny publication. Boobs! Nip-slip! Wardrobe malfunction! WWE Girls Strip Poker! Oh, and, hey, a volcano is erupting.

Simple. Democrats believe two things are critical for stimulating the economy: unemployment and food stamps. If each person who comes to the country illegally receives both of them, plus free health insurance, why....it's almost impossible to predict how much that will stimulate the economy. We'll have enough jobs for everyone who doesn't want one! It's pure genius!

IDBillzFan replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Unless you're a Democrat, in which case it serves as a club by which to silence your critics. -
It takes a special kind of stupid to blame anyone other than the Democrats for the abortion known as ACA. If you genuinely think it was the GOP who took a political path on ACA, your thoughts aren't worth the keyboard needed to make your sentences more legible. Check your history and get back to us.
