I don't agree with that 100%, but I will say this: While Campbell probably has some skills missing in any QB on the Bills' roster, is he really a quality NFL starting QB? My guess is, the Bills FO doesn't believe he is. I also think it's become clear the Bills aren't looking to make big moves to simply upgrade the QB and LT positions by a small margin. If they aren't going to get the guys they actually think are going to be "the guy" they will concentrate on fixing positions with guys they think are quality starters. As long as they have a plan to address QB and LT I'm OK with that philosophy.

Actually, I think Quinn probably is better than Edwards or Fitzpatrick. The question really is: is Quinn a legit starting NFL QB? I think he may be, but I'm likely in the minority.

On your endorsement I might check this out. I don't like everything Joe does, but respect the hell out of him for trying so many different things and generally doing a great job. Beat Crazy if from a time when, in my mind, Joe Jackson and Elvis Costello were basically the same guy, and I wasn't crazy about either (It's really interesting how much they have in common.) Over the years I have learned to appreciate both, to a degree. But IMO, Joe is way better than Elvis (Jumpin' Jive ends any dispute).

I have a hunch Ryan will eventually be the downfall of the Jests. His bravado make work short-term, but it's becoming clear he has the mookish tendencies of his father and brother. I think he will do and/or say something that pisses off players/fans/etc. And if things start to go bad, I think he will contribute to the meltdown. Just a hunch, of course.

Leodis is disliked by many Bills fans? Really? I never got that impression. McKelvin is a great athlete and by all accounts a hard worker and a good guy. There's no reason to think he will do anything other that continue to improve. If he stays on the field he will be one of the team's defensive standouts.

Pretty cool but WAY overpriced of course. You used to be able to customized cases of Labatt Blue with a photo of your choice. They label and case design incorporated that photo. They were very well done and a real conversation piece. A bit expensive, but not that bad for a special event. I think the program was called "Blue-by-You" but it looks like it may now longer exist.

As Kelly already noted, his primary responsibility in the new D would likely be as a pass rusher. No new trick there, that's what he has been doing for years. I can virtually guarantee he would be better at that than the last OLB to make the roster.
