Bills opening stadium discussions with NYS and Erie County
ALF replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Whatever the Pegulas decide I'm fine with . All that matters to me is that the Bills stay in WNY. Less expensive renovations can work as the minimum. -

The American Lung Association is concerned about the health impacts of marijuana use, especially on lung health. We caution the public against smoking marijuana because of the risks it poses to the lungs https://www.lung.org/quit-smoking/smoking-facts/health-effects/marijuana-and-lung-health -
That would be a good question for Doc Brown

My wife always starts her garden plants from seeds indoors under uv lights , they grow like crazy. They can stay indoors full time if needed. -

I would think when it's legal to grow your own is the cheapest way to go. -
What we can verify is that autopsies, including the official one conducted by Hennepin County, showed Floyd was killed because Chauvin kept pressure on Floyd's neck that prevented him from breathing, and the death was ruled a homicide. We can’t verify whether drugs or heart issues contributed to Floyd’s death, but we can verify that three medical examiners ruled his death a homicide https://www.king5.com/article/news/verify/chauvin-trial-drugs-heart-george-floyd-death/507-79911bcd-3cbe-44ee-8e44-30e00baf8010#:~:text=What we can verify is,death was ruled a homicide.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia would take "additional measures" if Nato were to make such a move. US forces in Europe are now on higher alert, citing "escalations of Russian aggression" in the area. Allies share their concerns about Russia's recent large-scale military activities in and around Ukraine," the official said. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-56616778 -

Pentagon could open itself to costly litigation from contractors if US pulls out of Afghanistan this year Despite the signing of the Doha agreement last February that called for a full drawdown of US troops and personnel from Afghanistan by May 1, the Department of Defense issued nearly a billion dollars in contracts to 17 different companies related to work in Afghanistan past the withdrawal date. There are currently some 18,000 contractors in the country, of which 6,350 are American citizens. With the deadline rapidly approaching and no formal decision from the White House, the future of the contracts, some of which have completion dates in 2023 and beyond, remains unclear, but the Pentagon could potentially have to pay hundreds of millions in settlements or face years of litigation if the US pulls out of the country on schedule or by the end of the year as President Joe Biden suggested is likely. https://www.cnn.com/2021/03/29/politics/pentagon-contractors-afghanistan/index.html -

Relatives would know a person the best , ask them before a gun permit , at least good families. I've never purchased a firearm , after 6 years in the military I hate guns.
-
Checking with relatives then a Dr sign off on the person's mental ability.
-
Illegal guns like in Chicago , very weak background checks, and on and on . The carnage continues
-
Other countries have mentally ill but not the kind of carnage here , what's the difference ? I know the answer but just asking . This country needs strict background checks at the very least. Only responsible people should have access to guns.

I was married in the Philippines when stationed there in the early 70's but we live in a small city , the police know the bad actors by name. So my wife is not afraid , just describe someone to police and they say we know him.
