Greg Robinson 1st rd #2 , Jake Matthews 1st rd #6 , had a rough rookie year also. So there is still hope for Kujo, Henderson and Richardson . Having Pears at RG and Urbik at LG was a disaster being out of there normal position. I would make very sure to re-sign Glenn . Let Henderson and Kujo focus on RT

If the Bills spend big money to beef up the scouting dept to find good players in the later rounds that should make a difference. Good trades like for Hughes is a good sign also.

EJ has a very modest contract , fully guaranteed. Flash might have trade value, a lot of depth here at WR Fred might be on the bubble if Karlos Williams and Bryce Brown look good.

If a player is tackled and loses control of the ball at or after the time he makes contact with the ground, the player is treated as down and the ball is not in play. However, in the NFL and CFL, if a ball carrier falls without an opponent contacting him, the ground can indeed cause a fumble. this may have been the old rule ?

The Bills need a back up plan before TC beside promoting Anderson to OL coach. If they want to wait for Kromer to return , a temp replace like Jim McNally still a consultant with the Bengals might work. A permanent fix coud be Joe D'Alessandris , Chargers, or Chris Foerster , Redskins. A promotion to asst OC or even a 7th rd pick is worth a try doing. Seahawks have little choice but to pay him , trade or franchise tag when time. The problem is guaranteed big money for more then 1 or 2 years is risky. At the very least he earned a big bonus for past performance. A good contract based on incentives would be the safest bet.
