Sad news , RIP Curtis
http://bills.buffalonews.com/2015/07/30/ex-bill-curtis-brown-dies-at-age-60/
Players and owners need to set aside enough revenue sharing to take good care of injured players like Curtis, Joe D, Darryl Talley and all the others
Kujo speaks very highly of Kromer , just wait till he can return. Get Anderson some help in the mean time.
“I got used to Coach Kromer and his coaching style,” Kouandjio said. “He brings a lot to the table as an offensive line coach. He’s probably one of the best in the league — he is one of the best in the league.

Hope Astrobot is ready for TC , trust his feedback . Most focus is again OL and QB . Kromer missing made it more difficult .
Want to see EJ and Taylor given the most 1st team reps . Cassel is still recovering from injured foot last season, hoping he's not needed.
Greg Robinson 1st rd #2 , Jake Matthews 1st rd #6 , had a rough rookie year also. So there is still hope for Kujo, Henderson and Richardson . Having Pears at RG and Urbik at LG was a disaster being out of there normal position.
I would make very sure to re-sign Glenn . Let Henderson and Kujo focus on RT
If the Bills spend big money to beef up the scouting dept to find good players in the later rounds that should make a difference.
Good trades like for Hughes is a good sign also.
EJ has a very modest contract , fully guaranteed.
Flash might have trade value, a lot of depth here at WR
Fred might be on the bubble if Karlos Williams and Bryce Brown look good.
If a player is tackled and loses control of the ball at or after the time he makes contact with the ground, the player is treated as down and the ball is not in play. However, in the NFL and CFL, if a ball carrier falls without an opponent contacting him, the ground can indeed cause a fumble.
this may have been the old rule ?
Mid-July Clubs are permitted to open preseason training camp for rookies and first-year players beginning seven days prior to the club’s earliest permissible mandatory reporting date for veteran players
I wish the Bills would have done this
Rivers 1st 6 yr contract $41m + final yr rework
present 6 yr $91.8m 2015-16 final yr , not too bad a payday so far
http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/san-diego-chargers/philip-rivers/
I would keep Mario , Dareus , Glenn , Bradham and Gilmore
If I had to cut for salary cap , Chris Williams , Fred (sorry , make a coach) , Cassel (depends on preseason), Harvin (yet to see) after 1 year
Maybe LeCharles Bentley
The Guru to the Road Graders

Would make a funny picture seeing OL men pushing Rex's truck around the parking lot.
Rivers does not want to move to LA , (very nice suburbs for all his kids) but would play 1 year in Buffalo or retire instead ?
I don't see Rivers leaving San Diego or the Chargers leaving either.
USC, which operates the Coliseum, confirmed Thursday it will submit a proposal to the NFL. But under the terms of USC's lease with the Coliseum Commission, the university can host only one team at the stadium on a temporary basis of up to four years
Rose Bowl stadiums opts out.

I would bet Rams owner to make the move
The Bills need a back up plan before TC beside promoting Anderson to OL coach.
If they want to wait for Kromer to return , a temp replace like Jim McNally still a consultant with the Bengals might work.
A permanent fix coud be Joe D'Alessandris , Chargers, or Chris Foerster , Redskins. A promotion to asst OC or even a 7th rd pick is worth a try doing. The Bills are also deep at WR , Chargers need a TE
"Tom Brady intends to challenge his four-game suspension in federal court if NFL commissioner Roger Goodell doesn’t completely wipe out the punishment, according to an ABC News report and several other people familiar with the case who spoke with the Globe."
