    Tuel was good for TC and preseason , look at the disaster at QBs the Bills had for rookie mini camp. Simms may be the same , good for practice squad duty, just preferred by HC

    It sounds like the Bills need to beef up their scouting staff for QBs for the next draft just in case

    The Bills need 4 QBs till the final cut. Not sure if he can stay on the practice squad after that unless one of the top 3 goes on IR and he stays with 53 roster. If Rex thinks Simms is a upgrade over Tuel that's good
