  1. Feel free to look back at my posts on the subject. Posted this early into the season. Incognito wants to be paid like a Pro Bowl guard. Bills saying he doesn't have that type of value because of his past and age and want him at less than market value given the circumstances. It was inevitable that there would be a clash. Now that they released one of Incognito's best friends on the team in Urbik I don't think he's going to be jumping through hoops to give the Bills any kind of discount. I wouldn't be surprised if he hits free agency
  2. I think Bills were favorites and they said no. 2 Ryan Bros would be comedy gold. Saints are an obvious choice if they are forced to make a team do it. The team is going down the crapper and this is one way of keeping fans interested
  3. This would be awesome news...if it was 2010. Quick, someone build a time machine!
  4. Not big enough imo, and not athletic enough to be a 5. He's better off in a 4-3 But combine aside I think he's going to be a heck of a player
  5. Anyone watch the combine? Left me wondering if he was just invited because of the name
  6. If his friend is being choked on the ground (doubt it) then pull the guy off. My friend was in a fight in high school and it was a disagreement between 2 parties that they tried to settle like men. That's fine. 1 on 1. But it was the other 4 guys stomping and hitting him from behind that put him in the hospital. So I'm a little biased against punks that have nothing to do with the disagreement flying in and throwing punches from behind. Cowardly thing to do. Have some class. There's no way Shady was in the right no matter the story. I don't believe either side is innocent but people getting stomped and punched from multiple directions is never ok and if you take part in that kind of stuff you deserve a suspension. Hope Karlos is ready week 1!
  7. Video of him taking a swing at someone from behind that was already getting stomped on. You think that's ok? You stay classy San Diego
  8. Charged or not charged, that was still a punk move to take a swing at someone from behind like that. He wasn't the instigator or main culprit but I still expect at least a 1 game suspension and deservedly so
  9. He was 20 years old and had less than 1 year as a starter. He didn't even start the first 2 games of that season. Also about 30 pounds underweight for the position. He was a 1 trick pony. I can't believe it didn't work out. Hurrrrr
  10. Apparently you didn't get the gist of the post. I didn't say give up on him. But to stay stagnant and not bring in competition because you feel Miller is young and deserves another shot to turn things around is idiotic. Need to get better at that position. Period
  11. Those "experts" took Kouandjo early in round 2 and said they had him as a 1st round player. You put too much faith in mere mortals that don't have much more knowledge than anyone else who studies the game. PFF had Miller ranked as one of the worst G in the NFL. I choose to believe them over personnel guys that have drafted 10 OL since 2010 and got all but 1 wrong
  12. Guys like Miller and Preston Brown frustrate me. We know they aren't any good but the sentiment is "let's give them another shot and see if they improve." I would much prefer getting a good veteran G and if Miller beats him out in training camp then great. We aren't doing Miller any favors by handing him the starting job and watching him get manhandled. And our RT situation is a joke so we have a whole right side of the line that is terrible and it needs to be addressed
  13. I'm the biggest Fred fan there is. Can't imagine he makes a roster. He's good in pass protection but he's painfully slow and RB is the deepest position in the NFL. Too many young guys available to use up a roster spot on him imo. He should just walk away. Would hate to see his career end as a camp cut in NE or elsewhere
  14. I doubt they have enough to charge Shady. How many games is the suspension if not even charged? 1?
  15. If every game was like the Pro Bowl he wouldn't get the ball because Tyrod would be throwing it to the other team: http://bills.buffalonews.com/2016/01/31/tyrod-taylor-throws-three-interceptions-in-pro-bowl-debut/
  16. Plus so far it looks like he might be a better golfer than football player. Couldn't even get on the field last year. Had 1 reception which is 1 more than I had
  17. Shouldn't we be trying to win the Super Bowl? This team is so backwards
  18. A 31 yr old who has lost a step? He will be lucky to get half his salary in FA. Maybe he should have tried and not phone it in
  19. I heard that the Broncos are smitten with senior bowl mvp Dak Prescott. Which I find interesting because many like to compare him to Tebow because their college stats are basically the same and they are "mobile" QB's. I think Denver will take him at the end of the 2nd if available
  20. Darby will be a good cover guy and hopefully Gilmore shows him how to be more physical. That will really take his game to the next level. He seems willing to get in there and be aggressive so that's a good sign. He was unfortunately exposed on a few deep balls so you want to make sure he has safety help. Darby island he is not but still very good for a rookie. Overall, I think that was a solid pick and we can finally get rid of McKelvin. Not sold on anyone else we got though. Karlos was good value in the 5th but he's not an every down back and he showed even at his size he can't stay on the field and is a couple more concussions away from being out of the league. You don't want your power back changing the way he runs because he's scared to get hurt again. I think he's very highly overrated and if there is an opportunity to trade him for great value like Kiko then they should do it. I think Miller is very below average with a ceiling of some day being average but he's young so let's see. But either you are athletic or not and he's not. Luckily he's at the least athletic position on the field except that in Roman's offense he likes to pull the guard and Ritchie's fat ace can only run down the line so many times a game so it would be nice to have a guard on the other side that had that aspect to his game. Doubt anyone else from the draft will ever be a starter. I'd give this draft a B+ based on 2015 contributions but I think in a couple of years we will look back and see the only long term starter from the draft was Darby
  21. FYI Aaron Williams isn't retiring, he's 100% healthy and raring to go
