  1. But that's not what he said. "they too had a dream that one day their sons, daughters, grandsons, granddaughters, great-grandsons, great granddaughters might pursue prosperity and happiness in this land." The slaves who were brought to America unwillingly hoped that their descendants would eventually prosper. Keep the outrage machine alive though dude. 8 more years!
  2. I believe it was conditional and became a third? Still, Stevie's cap hit was not insignificant, he was coming off an injured and frankly, bad year. To get more than a 6th was a steal.
  3. It doesn't get talked about a lot, but Whaley's best move might've been getting a third rounder for this dude. Shame he threw it away on Bryce Brown, but still. Only a year before, Anquan Boldin was traded post playoff dominant run for a 6th rounder.
  4. Robey highlights include: One of the few Bills who called out Jarvis Landry last year: http://www.buffalorumblings.com/2016/12/22/14052614/nickell-robey-coleman-seeking-revenge-on-jarvis-landry-aaron-williams-buffalo-bills-miami-dolphins Robey claims to smack big TE's first so they know what's up: "Bully me, just maul me, just rough me up,” Robey said. “There’s a lot of guys who’ll do that to you just to see where you’re at. So they think I’m going to back up and I just run dead into their ... Like, yeah, it’s that type of day. It’s that type of day. I’m smacking it to them before they smack it to me — just to let them know this little cat right here ain’t taking that today.” Rob Gronkowski tried to bully Robey once and the corner tagged him first. Same thing with 255-pound Anthony Fasano and 260-pound Jeff Cumberland. They usually don’t say anything to Robey after the play, instead shooting him a quizzical glare. http://buffalonews.com/2015/11/05/robey-may-be-small-but-he-plays-big/ Probably goes down as one of my favorite Bills. Huge heart.
  5. I loved Wentz. And Tannehill..... Nobody has a good record on QB's. But you only need to get 1/100 right.
  6. What's your point? Slaves didn't believe in a better life for their descendants?
  7. Make boyst pay. Get your strawberries at Wegman's.
  8. Trump again doing what he said he'd do with Obamacare. I understand if you hate this politically, but he looks like the first President in my lifetime who is swiftly delivering on most if not all of his campaign promises.
  9. Et tu, third?
  10. NRC could play boundary in a pinch on a smaller guy. We're only a few years removed from Justin Rogers getting lit up back there. I've noticed Simon gets very intense when someone criticizes Whaley.
  11. I could have said, "defenders," but the point would remain the same. Yikes.
  12. Darby will get hurt and the Whaley apologists will say "how could they know we'd need CB depth?"
  13. Did anyone mention that Familial Mediterranean Fever is racist?
  14. No. The Vikings were desperate.
  15. Time is a flat circle. Bills will pay $12M for Deonte Thompson next season.
  16. Stafford has made the playoffs in his career and is ten times the QB. So yeah, it's worse to have TT. You and I both know that this franchise, and Doug Whaley is no exception, loses his head when it comes to the longitudinal direction of the franchise. I can easily envision a scenario where he doubled down on TT instead of trying to draft his competition.
  17. Bingo! It doesn't matter if TT stays or goes. He isn't the guy and we should operate accordingly. This dumb franchise will probably keep him, pretend he is the guy, and not take a QB for 3 more years to build around TT's glorious march to 9-7. Because Bills.
  18. Except for it being different posters.
  19. Really? Failed miserably? 3 straight 11-5 records, 3 playoff runs, a conference championship appearance. Grigson definitely sucked at drafting, but the team won.
  20. Grigson didn't fail to win. He had a winning record as GM.
  21. Why are Mommy and Daddy fighting?
  22. No just Rex. Vic made the Rex and Whaley ultimatum comments.
  23. How else would you compare their games?
  24. Oh, about that. https://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/19/us/politics/trump-russia-associates-investigation.html?_r=1 The F.B.I. is leading the investigations, aided by the National Security Agency, the C.I.A. and the Treasury Department’s financial crimes unit. The investigators have accelerated their efforts in recent weeks but have found no conclusive evidence of wrongdoing, the officials said. One official said intelligence reports based on some of the wiretapped communications had been provided to the White House.
