If you told me he would stay healthy and play all 16 games, then hell yes. In reality though, he has only played 16 games once, so unless we found a backup who was starter quality then not a chance. At this point in his career, though still an amazing athlete, he is more of a pocket passer then he once was, and that means more hits taken, which mean more injuries, which mean less games played for him.......so NO.

What he said. Plus New Jersey is just a suburb of New York City so that is why they fall under that.

I think Edwards was a better quarterback then Fitz or Losman period until that hit in Arizona. He was never the same after that.

I think the Bills are improved but until they prove it on the field, they are closer to one of the bottom 6 teams in the AFC then one of the top 6 teams in the AFC. They have favorable schedule, I think the Jets are less of a team then last year, but who knows, that is why they play the games.

Kinda surprising, but it isn't. It was a dumb signing, then resigning to begin with. So much for Buddy bringing in these players he has a history with-Merriman, Thigpen, etc. You have young players with more ability, less injuries and making way less money. Resigning him will go down as one of the worst moves in Bills history. Without the roids he was nothing.

Not sure how you figure? Especially since he said: I had him on some fantasy teams and followed him a lot and he wouldn't play the whole game, or he was hurt and still played and was ineffective

Good call. I knew he misses practices on occasion because of the headaches, but I think he has only missed a game or two. Last I heard he hasn't had that problem in a year or so that they found out the cause.

Can you believe they pay us this much to lose 75% of our games each year!

I believe he is signed for two more seasons, at least from what I have read, and it is quite affordable too.

Not saying I disagree with you at all, but the part I bolded if someone didn't know who you were talking about they might assume you were talking about Stevie Johnson-so similar. I watched Harvin play in High School and he got suspended a game or two for pushing or spitting on a ref or something. He was then barred for some reason from playing basketball his senior year. Heck, if we don't get him he will probably end up in New England then we will wish we did.

I watched him here in Virginia in high school and he was a head case then and is now. But, that said, our receiving corps is so weak that I would welcome it in a heartbeat.

Neither are great, but especially after watching Smith throw a few passes last season, I would have to agree with Sexy Rexy that Tebow is a better passer. If he said Tebow was a much better athlete for the gadget role that they are both playing this year, I would have to agree with him on that also.

I am almost getting the sense that McGee might start the season on the PUP, to avoid having to make a decision like that. By the time the 6 games are up and he is eligible to play, there is a good chance that there will be at least one injury (always is) and they won't have to dump someone they want to hang on to.

Would he be an improvement over VY and Pigpen? Maybe just a hair if at all, but at this point in the preseason and training camp it wouldn't be worth the change or give him time to learn the system.

Me neither, I was at the that game, but was also at the game the following season in which the streak did end. In fact, still have a piece of the field goal net from that game.

I am kinda old fashioned when it comes to end zone celebrations, but I don't mind a little dancing, jumping into the stands, etc. Where I would draw the line with Stevie or anyone, is the preplanned B.S. The writing on the tee shirts, signs, etc. deserve fines, suspensions or whatever. If they keep to what just naturally occurs with the excitement of the moment, it is tolerable. When I grew up one of my favorite players was Billy "White Shoes" Johnson because of the crazy dances along with electric returns, but he didn't go too far in my opinion. As long as Stevie keeps it to a short dance and/or jumping in the stands thats cool, once he does another t-shirt or preplanned act like the Burress stunt, I hope Chan keeps him out for a couple games this time. I really hope there comes a time when Stevie grows up, it is all about immaturity and wanting attention all the time. Someone should sit him in a locked room and make his watch hours of film of Andre Reed and how he scored touchdowns and acted professional.

yea they stunk beyond stinking, but it was just the first preseason game. If they look like that in preseason game #3 when the starters play about 3 quarters, then it is time to start worrying. Don't get too frustrated over that game, if this team sticks true to form, they will give you more then a few occasions during the season to get your man panties in a wad.

Translation: "The front office has given me some talent, in two seasons I have two of the longest losing streaks in team history, standing here at the microphone and talking crap isn't going to cut it anymore. If I don't win this year I might be out on the streets again!"

I agree I thought Moorman was spectacular. Johnny White looked good. Ron Brooks did look good, needs work but very promising athlete. One correction though-all 3 QBs didn't look terrible, all "4" QBs looked terrible.

You should have watched some of the games last season. Outside of the couple games he missed with an injury, Kelsay was if not the best player on the defense, then pretty darn close all year. Because he was on a sucky ass team his whole career makes him a loser? I guess O.J. Simpson was a loser, Joe D. and the rest of the Electric Company were losers, they played in what, 1 playoff game their entire career?

Question is a little vague, but hell yes. Any 3 players on the roster for Luck in a heartbeat.
