Wow! I figured the Bills would draft a CB but surprised they traded up for one. Dallas wasn’t taking a CB but maybe Beane got word of another team trading up.

Can’t imagine Bills traded up for a CB but we’ll see shortly.

I have no problem with this trade at all. Glad he’s gone out the conference.

Prior to this year I would agree about is work ethic but he changed that based on working to get back from his ACL injury. With that said as a lifelong Dawgs fan and having watched Pickens since his first year I would be SHOCKED if Buffalo drafted him. As you mentioned he doesn't fit the Bills culturally. He has shown a pattern to be immature. The kid has all the talent in the world but can be very immature. IF he ever matures he will be very good in the NFL it just won't be in Buffalo.

Unfortunately, CMcD doesn’t seem to trust rookies much so it will be hard for a rookie to breakout their year unless they are truly elite. Even with an elite player I don’t see CMcD trusting them much especially if they make a mistake. Either way I get why they rank the classes but it’s too early.

I have my issues with Coach McD and those issues are his in game decisions. I do believe he has created a culture change for the better but he needs to shake things up on the coaching staff to include his offensive and defensive coordinators. Beane and McD are tied at the hip and Beane will not get rid of him and despite my feelings nor should he as of yet. For those saying who would you hire in place of McD because of the turnover we had in the past and where the organization is now well some Yankees fans felt that way when Showalter was the coach and replaced by Torre. Golden State fans felt that way when Mark Jackson was fired and replaced by Steve Kerr. I already know McD is not going anywhere but it is frustrating the poor in game decisions he makes. Once again he has created some stability and I am hoping he can get over the hump like Andy Reid did. We shall see what next year brings but again while McD is not going anywhere that should not be the case for Frazier and Dabol.
