This is where I believe people are going overboard in the actions by the Bills. What prevents anyone from making an accusation against any player in any sport and getting them cut or at least suspended/benched. When the Bills made the decision they did to keep Araiza the optics weren’t going to be in their favor once it reached the public. The allegations are bad but it doesn’t mean Araiza is actually guilty.

Cook has the talent and skill set to play early and often, but what may hold back his playing time the first half of the season will be his ability to pick up the blitz. I believe he will have to show he can pass pro if necessary in order to get consistent playing time from Coach McD. The good news for him is he played at Georgia where their backs have to be able to block.

Was hoping the Bills would have been able to snag Carmada out of Georgia as their punter. He’s going to be a good punter in NFL.

Wow! I figured the Bills would draft a CB but surprised they traded up for one. Dallas wasn’t taking a CB but maybe Beane got word of another team trading up.

Prior to this year I would agree about is work ethic but he changed that based on working to get back from his ACL injury. With that said as a lifelong Dawgs fan and having watched Pickens since his first year I would be SHOCKED if Buffalo drafted him. As you mentioned he doesn't fit the Bills culturally. He has shown a pattern to be immature. The kid has all the talent in the world but can be very immature. IF he ever matures he will be very good in the NFL it just won't be in Buffalo.

Unfortunately, CMcD doesn’t seem to trust rookies much so it will be hard for a rookie to breakout their year unless they are truly elite. Even with an elite player I don’t see CMcD trusting them much especially if they make a mistake. Either way I get why they rank the classes but it’s too early.
