That's why I question the veracity of the reports. It's hard for an untrained, casual observer to tell direction, size, etc. They may not be over an airport for example. You probably being a flyer saw they finally determined the navy videos of the UFOs around San Diego were likely explainable via parallax effect.

It's a head scratcher for sure. If they aren't actively involved, I'm willing to bet they know who is, and based on some of the reports, there seems to be a reasonable assumption that there is at the very least a safety issue relative to shared airspace, if not an actual national security concern. Which to me at least, begs the question; why isn't more being said/done? I'm trying to come up with a reasonable explanation and I keep coming back to some commercial grade testing or some hobbiests having a lark.

Once the details are out I presume this will prove to be observer error.

Maybe Sherpa could add more, but there are absolutely a number of anti-drone and drone detection systems (including certain radar systems that can distinguish between drones and birds) that I would be surprised to find aren't being employed here. That in turn leads me to believe this is probably something of our own doing. If China or Iran were launching drones en masse over sensitive areas, after a day or two I think we'd have a good idea regarding where they were being launched and by whom.

I'm no defender of McD. I think he makes dumb decisions all the time (declining the penalty immediately comes to mind). My point is simply this; I believe they were already committed to doing the onside kick and as such a low-risk approach to getting the TD was preferable and the time-out was worth it. He's generally a boneheaded Coach, as evidenced by what seemingly was an unwillingness or inability to adjust the entire game.

No doubt it could have been better, but of all the warts in that game, focusing on the time out seems like pissing in the wind.

I'm not wading through 20 pages of nonsense, but the timeout thing is absolutely irrelevant. The onside kick was out only hope. Anyone who watched the previous 59 minutes of that game and had a fully functional brain knew the D wasn't stopping the Rams when if mattered.

😂 Believe me, a lot of people made remarks about that. But it was right in the entrance area, far removed from the actual interior where the toilets are located. Pretty nasty nonetheless and I was happy that I was one of the ones that remained upright.

I'd also love to hear an account from someone who was there. I can tell you this much; Navigating the stadium was a treacherous endeavor. Even the floor in the men's room was slick enough to send 2 people to the ground, and that was just water, not packed snow and ice. It wouldn't surprise me one bit to find out someone slipped and the whole thing was a misunderstanding.

It actually felt a little tame out in the parking lots. I think the fact that it was cold and people were probably wiped out from the holiday that the pre-game energy level just wasn't what it usually was.

Sal C. was just on WGR and gave a few updates (opinion) on the notable Bills injuries: Milano: They have until 4PM on Saturday to activate him for this game. He expects that barring some setback, he'll be active for the game. Noted they do have an open roster spot that is pretty clearly being held for Milano. Coleman: Hasn't been wearing any sort of brace, missed three games effectively, thinks that after nearly a full month of recovery, optimistic he'll play. Kincaid: One to monitor if he'll practice or not this week. Seemed least optimistic about him. Brown: Should practice this week and probably play. Obviously the McD report at noon about practicing and availability will provide more clarity later, but figured I'd share Sal's thoughts.
