  1. "...and this chair. That's all I need. Yards rushing, time of possession and 3rd down conversions, turnovers and this chair."
  2. Jeez, and people here complain about the hospital not giving them medicine....
  3. buy a bike.
  4. You apparently linked to one of your Yahoo! e-mails...
  5. I thought garages, at least in New York State, had to accept waste fluids (oil/AF)....and the way he put it, it sounded like it wasn't as much about the money...
  6. All you need to do is look at the yards rushing, time of possession and 3rd down conversions.
  7. Williams is still too injured to play RT effectively (yet still better than Jerman ), but not too injured to play. Peters has proven to be better than Jerman and an effective backup. That would have left Williams free to sit out and get better (and retain said RT job once the ankle did heal) but it appears he wasn't content with sitting out and worked with coaches to give left guard a try (how much of it was him and how much was the coaches is unknown by those not at OBD, but it's clear he had the willingness to play along and did not try to be lazy and just say the ankle hurt too much to play). He was obviously not able to master the techniques enough after 4 practices to be better than lifetime guard (and admitted weak link in our line this year) Anderson, however, so he sat. As far as Sam goes, yeah he was pulled from the previous game for being undisciplined (as opposed to just plain sucky), but AFAIK his being out of the KC game had to do with an injury rather than being benched.
  8. Oh, there's a stretch. How am I going to make any money on those odds?
  9. By e-dog's criteria, KC should have beat the Bills too, because they beat us in all those categories....of course it would seem that turnovers would make a difference, but I'm just a dummy....
  10. Actually, maybe your problem with the "sure bets" is that you can't count. He has ten (edit: 11) posts today, all of which are in this thread. And unfortunately these days you don't see a lot of knowledgable posters providing their insights any more (or at least as much) because of those here who will call you a Kool-Aid drinking homer at the very mention of anything positive about the Bills....
  11. e-dog's bark is worse than his bite. Still waiting on which "dead solid lock" I should bet Fez's house on this week...
  12. Ummmm, wrong forum. I'm guessing (from your "victimized" tone) you're wife reads what you post here...?
  13. From a quick check last year was one of only 2 losses of less than a TD under Brady's watch....It seems the only way to beat the Patriots is to be up by more than one score with 4:00 left....
  14. Yeah, he's mad that Nick's didn't properly acknowledge his 1000th garbage plate.... Didn't he also say that the Bills would be undefeated if Puhonix led the garbage plate gang?
  15. I was thinking that it was about time Bobble took one for the team...I'm sure violin-boy could use another...
  16. Is it rockpile, or is it out-of-towners? 'Twas the one week we didn't have anyone from outside Rochester show up as well....
  17. Yeah, I remember how shocked you were when the Doctor said you'd never be able to play the violin again....
  18. Shaddup and get your section under control, Bubba.
  19. Gee, how long before he's on TV with Steve Barnes reminding kids to wear their helmets? Seriously, glad to hear the injury wasn't too bad (nothing broken), though any lingering injury sucks.
  20. Welcome. Let me summarize the general feel here as succinctly as possible: The Bills are doomed. Carry on....
  21. That's why he keeps looking for ways to get back on the field despite his injury, instead of just "resting his leg...."
  22. Thanks for your insights, and good luck on the rest of your season.
  23. By that same token it's three for the Dolphins right now as well...
