Man, I listen almost every day, and he seems to be getting worse and worse every day with some sort of pent up, repressed anger. Something bad is going to happen to him soon.

Artie knows the deal on the show. Conflict is really, the core of the broadcast. There is a line and Artie blew it away. I can't believe how cruel he got. Even though Artie is justified in feeling like he is being used, but he should have got rid of the guy a long time ago. No reason to go where he did with the guy. He is completely responsible for his actions. No way he can blame Howard for his insanity.

Fitzsimmons would be a great choice imho. I agree with you on Artie not having a chance like this again. It's hard to understand how people can't stand success. Artie has been heading downhill for a while now. Confessed heroin problem. Missing days at work. Coming in and actually falling asleep and his general appearance/health is alarming. It's sad but I'm actually worried for the guys life.

I used to go to Jays games all the time. At least up until the last strike. That, coupled with the cash disparity, was kind of the last straw and lost interest. However, do a lot of Western New York people go to Jay games??

I saw Ruins yesterday. Not bad at all. The two girls did a very good job imho. They weren't portrayed as Rambettes or super kick a$$ tough chicks. Very realistic reaction to the situation they were in.

Sorry if any of this is talked about within the "Mortgage Meltdown" thread. I would never pretend to know a lot about the market or high level financial dealings. However this just does not seem right to me. I look at any kind of financial investment such as stocks or lending money as gambles and kind of easy money if it works out for you. Simply because you are not really producing anything yourself to make money. Don't get me wrong I don't think there is anything wrong with that. If you have earned the money at to do so you have every right to. However with this gamble type business there should be responsibilities to go with it. Like having to pay when you lose! In other words, if you want to play the game you better be prepared to deal with the consequences if things go for a sh--. I have to get up every morning at 5.30 and work until 5.30pm to make my way and I don't complain. If our little company goes under who is going to bail us out?? Most of our competition is in LA or Mexico where labor is dirt cheap so we are constantly battling but we pay our guys well. Wow! Jumping the gun just a little. Bills have done nothing yet. We still don't have a qb realistically. Like always, we have hope going into the season and thats all. Like any other year. To me their still the Bills and won't believe or even expect any success until I actually see it. Call me negative, but the Bills history the last decade or more has done nothing to make me buy into how great they are going to be.

I read a article in Wired magazine a couple of years ago about some guys from MIT that mathematically figured out a system to beat black jack in Las Vegas. Are these the the same guys? If so I remember pictures of the people and I can't remember them being all Asian.
