They can't touch the Hip. Don't compare anything between the two. Just sayin

Watching some of the interviews with locals last night. Apparently there may have been signs of something wrong as they were complaining of gas odors all week. If this is the case then PGE or whomever owns the line may be in trouble.

Kind of a coincidence but we just did one for the first time last weekend. We used a drip pan and cooked for 30mins at 400 degrees. Turned down to 325 and started basting with some home made bbq sauce and the pan drippings. Cooked at this temp for about 90 minutes until the inner part of the chicken was 170 degrees. Came out great! Was so proud took a pic of it! http://picasaweb.google.com/sevansgm/ThisWeekendPics#5513811806603041138

I agree. Arguing over music is pointless. It's whatever makes you feel good at the time. Last night while doing dinner I think we listened to Juanes(Columbian), then New Found Glory, English Beat and Authority Zero. All different and I bet there is no problem finding people in this thread that think either all or some of those bands suck. Just like I think hip hop and rap suck. Who cares?
-
Any hip hop or rap act. No talent with great marketing to the extreme. I guess you really can't consider them "bands". More heavily produced horseshit. As far as some of the conventional bands listed I would have to agree with Springsteen(never could figure out why he was considered good. Yeah I know he's totally awesome in concert). Same with Dave Matthews. Sucks. As far as U2 goes I think of them as two bands. When they first came out I really liked them. The second version of them is after they sold out and went all pop. Have to look at their discography to nail it down when this actually happened. Their "Under a blood red sky" cd is fantastic but thats when they first arrived on the scene.

Are you drafting Spiller in for your fantasy team?

Ive never done the Yahoo NFL one but I do the NHL one and its good. -
I had great customer service from Sirius the other day....
Dante replied to The Poojer's topic in Off the Wall Archives
My experience with Sirius has been mind numbing. When we had one unit there was no problem. Soon as my wife got one having to receivers seemed to confuse them. Then, when we had to start paying for internet access with two accounts that experience made me want to quit Sirius all together. Lots of calls to get stuff activated covering the same ground with different reps continually. My wife loves listening to Howard thats the only reason we kept it. That said, I really like the Best of XM side of it. I like the NFL Fantasy channel and the NHL channel. Listen to that most of the time. Use to listen to Stern all the time but Robin has a nails on chalkboard kind of effect on me. -
Where is all the regulators that we pay for on this? Oh I know. We need more thats it and even more regulations to control this kinda thing. More government thats the answer

If a community organizer can be passed off as a prez than Palin or pretty much anyone else can. The bar has been lowered so much that character, organizational skill and intelligence are no longer qualifications. The biggest consideration is how well a douchebag can be marketed. Obama and his agents are on the cutting edge of this

I can't watch any of his speeches as I kinda get a creeped out, country is being raped kinda feeling watching him. Actually makes me sad.

Are you drafting Spiller in for your fantasy team?
Dante replied to beggar13's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would never take Spiller or any Bill until they prove they can score using live bullets. Been around too long to get sucked in by pre season playtime. Spiller looks nice but its still the Bills with a unproven line(at best) and not sold on Trent. Hopefully he and the line come around this season but will believe it when I see it. Utill then, I think someone like Best, Foster are better options for young rbs in this draft range. -
I think I was thinking in terms of keepers for next season. Not sure why but yes of course Jackson. duh. Not thrilled with him long term though. I kinda don't care for Colston so much because it seems that Brees has just too many weapons to choose from. Even more than Peyton. Also don't care much for him because I owned him two seasons ago and lost by ONE point on a weekend because Colston got ZERO points. Freakin ZERO how does that happen?? When I saw that I assumed that he got injured that game but no. Anyway, I've resented him ever since and would never consider drafting him let alone keeping.
-
This is definitely a "upside" kinda team. I'm hoping that between Charles and Foster one of them will emerge as a solid rb. If both do I'm happy. You can imagine by the time my pick came around all the Rices, Johnsons and so on were not a option. A couple mistakes I may have made let me know your opinion. Shonn Greene was still on the board and I took Wells. Also, Moss was on the board and I took Johnson. One thing that has burned me in the past is drafting a player at the beginning of a downward trend because of age. I just get the sense Moss be approaching this. Drafted LT #1 overall and he was injured most of the year. Calvin coming into his prime.

A little while ago Stockton, Ca out here was rated one of, if not the worst place to live in the US. I guess it doesn't necessarily mean death though.

I think I might start McCoy over Bush.
-
But Ron Paul is a kook. Isn't he?
-
Rivers, White and Garcon. Not thrilled on any of the others

You Republicans are gonna love this!

Never argue his talent. Thing is, all politics aside, he seems to makes movies I never want to see. -
Picked 13th in a 14 team PPR league. This year, we added a keeper element to our league. We can keep any one player drafted after the fourth round next year. I'm hoping that either Johnny Knox, Arian Foster or Mike Thomas will be one of those guys/ 13.Calvin Johnson (WR DET) 16.Jamaal Charles (RB KC) 41.Beanie Wells (RB ARI) 44.Michael Crabtree (WR SF) 69.Eli Manning (QB NYG) 72.Zach Miller (TE OAK) 97.Johnny Knox (WR CHI) 100.Arian Foster (RB HOU) 125.David Garrard (QB JAC) 128.Garrett Hartley (K NO) 153.Cowboys (DST DAL) 156.Marcedes Lewis (TE JAC) 181.Bills (DST BUF) 184. Mike Thomas(WR JAC) 209.Vincent Jackson(WR SD)

"Fast Times At Ridgemount High" was the high point for Penn. Who knew a guy who played such a mellow somewhat likable character would become so douchey. -
At what point do you cut your losses with Maybin?
Dante replied to DIE HARD 1967's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree with this. What was disturbing was the way 2nd string Redskins pushed him around.
