Isn't a civil trial a money grab. He's party to the suit with others. He's also the deepest pocket. The bar is low in a civil trial. If he's a little ounce at fault for what the others have done, even against his knowledge... They can squeeze money out of him. That's the game right??

Hate to sound cynical, but you'd think that the plaintiff would want Araiza to work. Again, it's a civil complaint that seeks money. She can't be made whole with him cut and working @ Wendy's... Now, if she wants to see him in jail, that's a whole 'nother story... But even then people seek monetary damages in the civil trial. I take he doesn't have much unless he kicks?
