Then explain to me why other players have come back from "concussion" in a week or two? And if a concussion can affect you for up to six months, why do doctors clear any player who has had one? I had a major car accident with injuries and a concussion. I did have some residual effects for about a month. My doctor told me that in boxing they can't box for 6 months after a concussion. The NFL won't go for that. If a player gets a concussion and you wait six months, he's out for the rest of the season. If that is the case, Trent never would have had that good game against KC!!

That is the key "unskilled". An unskilled laborer in the UAW making $25 an hour pisses off a lot of peopel. For example. I make just under $19.00 an hour, I have a certification (which I had to go to training for) that every two years I have to earn 16 continuing education credits. If I don't I could lose my job. Don't get me wrong I like my job, but if all I had to do was show up and get $25 an hour with absolutely no training and not continuing education I'd do that in a heart beat. That's part of the problem. Protecting those who don't want to do anything and protecting the goof-offs.

Yes, unions did accomplish a lot of good things. They were originally formed to get a living wage, health benefits, pensions, and job protection. And they accomplished that. Unfortunately they got too greedy. And because of that, we lost the steel industry in the US, and now our US auto makers are on the verge of being shut down.

I live in Florida (previously Kenmore NY) and I work with a woman from Brooklyn, NY. When I brought up the fact that the Giants and the Jets play in New Jersey, she told me that New Jersey was nothing but a suburb of New York City. Not totally true. I love the Ford Mustang, a car built by UAW workers. My brother-in-law who worked (now retired after 30 years) for Ford also told me not to buy a car built on a Monday or a Friday (ask the dealer for the paperwork, and it tells you when it came off the line).

I work for a local government (whom everyone hates). Because construction is down and property taxes are falling, some people have been laid off, some took lower paying jobs and nobody is getting a raise. That includes directors of the departments, etc. And it doesn't look like we will get one next year. But I make a decent wage and have decent benefits. Maybe if the union conceded raises for a year or two (without cut in pay or benefits) this thing could be resolved. As far as the person who commented on the US bailing out Chrysler before. It was a loan and Lee Ioccoca, CEO at that time, paid it back.

I heard that UAW workers were around $75 (pay and benefits). That's almost $30 an hour more, not $20.

Do you really think offenses of other teams aren't trying to score just because they are playing Buffalo? Bull! The defense has played better, not great, but better. They have kept us in the game but only if the offense could score. My only criticism is that the defense could have more pass rush. Still not enough pressure on opposing quarterbacks for the most part.

Many coaches want the kick off in the second half. Sometimes you want it because of weather (but not in a dome). Jauron has not done anything that many other coaches do, including Levy.

Maybe all those groups can explain why Florida is experiencing one of the coldest falls in years. We are experiencing temperatures that we normally don't have until after the first of the year. Do you really think all those scientists (650) that were included in the report are idiots? I don't.

The last time I had the flu I had a flu shot. Spent five days dying. Haven't had one in 12 years and haven't had the flu. In fact in the 12 years I have only called in sick to work 3 times. I will admit to attitude adjustment days (went and saw the shuttle take off one time).

He got 15 years with a 9 year minimum. Personally, I don't think it was enough for 12 charges (besides what he go off of 11 years ago).

I was born and raised in the Buffalo area. Even though I don't live there now I still support and watch them. I have seen many bad seasons (been watching since the mid 60's). Sat in Rich Stadium one year in the sleet in November when they won their first game of the year against Dallas. I do not jump on and off the bandwagon. As long as there is a Buffalo Bills I will watch and root for them through thick and thin, good and bad.

Defense played very well to hold them to 10. Usually is that happens, the tam with 10 will lose. Our offense sucked in too mayny ways. (Marshawn ran well.)

I had a concussion, much more severe than TE's. Yes I know they can linger. But he played good against San Diego two weeks after, and played good last week against KC. He sucked in between. It's been eight weeks. How long are you going to use that excuse? If he was that bad do you think doctors would let him play?

Bull. If he wasn't well enough, why did he play so good against San Diego?
