It must have hurt Jerry to have to compliment the Bills statement. He made himself feel better by congratulating himself in the other tweet. As an aside, it is funny that he tweeted the other day that he was proud of his son that he stuck by his "hero" A Rod. (See below) Hmmm. Is anyone else able to appreciate the irony here? I remember watching Ricky Williams hobble off the field at Joe Robbie Stadium after Dave Wannstedt ran him into the ground. When I found out later that Ricky liked to smoke marijuana, I understood why given the beating that these players take. I have no problem with anyone smoking weed. It clearly does not make you run faster or get stronger either. Nevertheless (given the rules), I am very disappointed in Marcell that he would do this to the organization, teammates, fans, and himself. Having said that, I would not cut him. I know that there are those that would love that. In the end, he did not beat his kid or his wife or anyone else. He hurt the team and will lose a lot of money as a result.

It would be nice to have a solid happy/good couple of days as a Buffalo sports fan. I was beginning to feel optimistic after the TT contract and Manny Lawson returning so quickly from his injury . . . and then this. Typical Buffalo would be: Jimmy Vesey announces that we chooses the Sabres tomorrow morning and the NHL suspends him later in the day. I always have said that being a Buffalo sports fan reminds me of the lyrics of the Cream song Born under a Bad Sign. To paraphrase: "If we did not have bad luck, we would not have any luck at all." UGH!!!

He NEVER lied and you know it. I saw the PC. Clearly, he and everyone else were hopeful the day it happened. It was a freaking non contact injury. There had not even been a scan at that point. Even the initial scan a couple days later was inconclusive. Go ahead and carry on with your crusade. We all get it. You blame Rex for everything.

That is BS and you know it. If the weather is bad, do you automatically blame Rex?!? Seems as though you blame him for everything.

As I said earlier, I appreciate the charitable aspect. Nevertheless, someone still paid the $1.4 B (that allowed them to do that) and has to operate the football team. P.S. Good faith question: How much of the $1.4 B went back to Buffalo and WNY?

Let's not feel too sorry for Ralph and his memory. His estate received $1.4 Billion. I will always appreciate Ralph for all he did for Buffalo and the Bills . . . and appreciate the terms of the lease. Nevertheless, because the sale was such that the team had to go to the highest bidder, the Pegulas paid a lot of freaking money to make sure that the team stayed in Buffalo.

Injury narrative? I know the Rex Haters don't want to admit it, but we did have injuries to key players last year. Carry on with your hate . . . .
