  1. Was it the icky part?
  2. He's finished. Playing horribly, constantly losing his cool. It's sad to see because he was an awesome player before the poop hit the fan. If Watson had admitted to what he did to all of those women and begged for forgiveness (privately and publicly), I feel like things could have been different. Obviously there's a segment of the population always out for their pound of flesh and will never forgive - especially about something like this. But I think most people are willing and able to forgive those who f up once. But because he never really owned it, there's always going to be a dark cloud hanging over him. I don't think I've seen a person's public image change so drastically since OJ.
  3. Please tell me you're joking.
  4. Poyer looks rough. Not much left in the tank - physically or mentally. And on top of that his wife has probably been abusing him mentally for not earning a huge contract from Miami or a big market team. Hopefully he's able to hang in there and play his best ball in January.
  5. "Honest to God I didn't see any (media or fan) reaction after last week's game. I didn't look at anything, I didn't turn on TVs. I was just - the thing with this game, man, it gives you the lowest lows, it gives you the highest highs. But I love feeling how I felt last week. I really do. Because it makes the good feel that much better. It forces us to be better. And I want to be the best I can be playing this game and be the best quarterback I can be for this Buffalo Bills. So I take the bad with the good, I understand it. And I'm just trying to let it fuel me and use it to my benefit."
  6. That was the lowlight of the day. Allen should have lowered his shoulder and trucked him into the end zone. Aside from that play, it was a perfect game and a perfect response after last week's debacle. I can't remember being so happy after a regular season win.
  7. Some of you guys get so emotional about these players. Why would I have a "pre existing bias" against Diggs? I like Diggs. He's the greatest WR in Bills history so I want him here for as long as he can play at an extremely high level. He's been known publicly since he played college football at Maryland as someone who has a strong, fiery personality. He's not above someone making a joke about it.
  8. Gossip? Why do so many people have to exaggerate so many situations? Someone jokingly asked Glab while they're waiting in the press room to go get Diggs to have a press conference. Why did he choose Diggs to tease Glab? Obviously there's something about Diggs that both this guy and Glab are aware of to joke about a made-up scenario where Glab walks into the locker room and tells Diggs to come to the press room and take questions. Glab's like "Yeah, right." She should have just rolled her eyes and said just that, but some people have the gift of gab and verbalize their thoughts more than others. Glab appears to be one of these people. It's obvious from the recording that she's making tongue-in-cheek comments and likely smiling during the entire conversation. You call that gossip? You're comparing a player's personal issue like a divorce to tongue-in-cheek comments having to do with Diggs' strong personality? Get a grip, respectfully.
  9. Because everyone knows (1) it was said in jest during a private convo, and (2) there is truth to what she's saying.
  10. Palmer is laying it on thick for some reason. Daboll's a solid coach but he's no magician.
  11. You can tell by the way he throws the pass, it appears he's sort of surprised how quickly Davis broke and he didn't have a great stride throwing the ball and as a result he threw it short. Maybe he's used to him running that route 10 yards and then this game they made an adjustment because they knew how much pressure the Jets front was going to cause so they wanted Allen to get the ball out quicker and therefore shorten certain routes.
  12. Did Manning really tell this to Allen personally?
  13. Who cares what those commenters think? Yeah if it were to ever happen it would be long after we're all dead and after society is rebuilt post-apocalypse.
  14. Once Josh saw Davis cut too soon he should have eaten it and maybe thrown underneath to Diggs on the crossing route. Allen needlessly attempting big throws was the theme of the loss. This was one such example.
  15. "If the black players don’t like it here, they should go back to Africa and see how bad it really is." This is a statement of power and privilege. As a billionaire he perceives the United States as a perfect meritocracy system that cannot and should not be improved upon or changed. Progress that would improve the lives of poor and working class Americans is a threat to him and his power and therefore should be denied. If you're trying to improve the system then you must be trying to take power away from him which could certainly result in statements like "Oh, you don't like how it is here? Then get out and go back to the craphole your kind came from and see how you like it there instead." If that's not hateful I don't know what is.
  16. He's an awkward billionaire who has a history of putting his foot in his mouth. I can absolutely see him saying something like this.
  17. I'm intrigued by his freak athleticism. However, I think the odds of him being good are stacked against him. People compare him to Allen because of what the two have in common: (a) alien-like physical attributes, (2) high character and (d) poor passing statistics in college. However, Richardson had much better opportunities to succeed in college than Allen did. Played for an SEC program with SEC coaches and SEC talent surrounding him. Allen never had that luxury.
  18. Only if he signs for cheap. And why would he do that? Unless he believes he can't improve his ball skills and as a result won't command a big salary from any team next offseason.
  19. A 5.5% drop rate would suggest otherwise. By comparison our #2 receiver had a drop rate of 8.7% this past season.
  20. 5th, 6th and 7th rounders are all house money. Choose guys who have the potential to be better pros than they were in college. High ceilings, low floors. If they don't work, who cares, it's a late round pick.
  21. Last night was just a reminder that offense is what matters. Fix the OLine. Add more receiving weapons. Get more creative. Offense offense offense
