Glenn is the second highest cap hit among OLinemen this season. Next season he'll be third. Is he really the second or third greatest offensive lineman in the NFL? If McBeane receives a fair offer for him it will be interesting to see what they do.

Rodgers is the only QB worth mentioning who has a worse sack percentage than Taylor after his no sack game yesterday. Which is really odd for Rodgers and an obvious anomaly. Maybe Rodgers was starting to show his age before his collar bone break. Exactly.

Carr leads the NFL in getting the ball out in the least amount of time. He takes the snap, finds his man and immediately makes a decisive throw. Taylor, on the other hand, requires significantly more time to throw because of his limitations.

It's a negative because his high sack number is a result of his slow progression speed and indecisiveness..

I strongly disagree with all points. In light of these comments there can be no question that during the bye week McBeane - coming off Tyrod's stinker in Cincinnati - were taking a long look at Peterman and thinking when - not if - he would take over the job. Good for Tyrod to bounce back and play solid football against two relatively poor defenses (#32 Bucs, #29 Raiders). Let's see if he can sustain that success against slightly better defenses these next four games (#23 Jets, #15 Saints, #17 Chargers, #25 Chiefs).

I'd be a little more forgiving of Taylor for his low passing yards per game ranking if he had the same efficiency as Wilson in other throwing statistics. Wilson 2013 Passer Rating - 6 DYAR - 9 Yards/game - 26 ANY/A - 6 QBR - 6 Average - 10.6 Wilson 2014 Passer Rating - 9 DYAR - 13 Yards/Game - 22 ANY/Y - 9 QBR - 6 Average - 11.8 Taylor 2017 Passer Rating - 11 DYAR - 19 Yards/game - 29 ANY/A - 19 QBR - 17 Average - 19.0 I'm very interested to know what the Seahawks' record is in games where Wilson is required to throw the league average number of pass attempts.

The two posts before my reply... I think you left out / glossed over / failed to mention --- 165 yds passing... The odds are highly against winning too many more games with that kind of performance... And then... Clearly you haven't been paying attention to the league this year. The poster I replied to seemed to be implying that passing for 165 yards is the norm this season. Hence why I used that number. Get it now? BTW I've never claimed Taylor to be "gawd-awful". I just want the Bills to win the Super Bowl, so my expectations are perhaps higher than most folks.

Actually DYAR, passer rating and ANY/A all take interceptions into account.
