Nix/Whaley everyone had to have watched a lot of tape on Mario. They had to do their homework on his work ethic, everything. That was a huge amount of guaranteed money to sign off on. I can't disagree with that. I guess my point is giving Gailey 10 years probably wouldn't get the team anywhere. By what I as a fan observe both Gailey/Nix have moved the team backwards in 3 years. Gailey as the HC is responsible for the entire team. Both sides of the ball, and he is regressing and failing. Nix is failing. His drafts are full of busts and future busts. His FA's are beating out Levy's IMO for ineptness. Actually it may be disguised but I think both have 2 years remaining on their contracts in Buffalo. I don't have a link.

Doug Whaley is the logical replacement IF Ralph will even consider a change. No one else is coming in. It's discussed non stop here but Whaley is the heir apparent. That's about as much change that can be made until new ownership. It may be all that's needed. Polian was a nobody until the Bills, Ralph getting chit ass lucky again on Whaley is the only hope this can be turned around again. Whaley has to have a feel for the players here, he needs to get promoted and show the team what he can do. Honestly, the dude has to be having nightmares as to why he took a gig in Buffalo to begin with.

Yea, what losing 4 of the last 5 has proven their a force. But I agree they do look like their playing high.

not finishing 2 of the last three is proof. TWO very winnable games lost by a back up. A QB that will never even come close to .500 ball when he hangs them up. But, he's a nice guy and tries his best. For the Bills he's as good as it gets this century. And deserving of all the praise his remaining homers give him.

This is still a culture of losers that Nix assembled. No different that the team that had "no talent" according to Wilson. No one on this teams knows how to win. A few at least try. But 3 or 4 guys can't win by themselves. That may be the total of players that actually care about the outcome of any single game. So, why care about a teammates situation during or after a play. Play/shower/get home/cash check on Monday. This collection of losers is light years away from even being called the "bumbling Bills" .
