The bills haven't had great drafts in the past 10yrs. The Bills of the 90's built a great team with their drafts. Beane has brought in some talent Josh Allen I believe is going to be a great player in this league. They need to build a offense that can protect him. Their running game with shady isn't going anywhere its time to draft a star running back. Their receiving core is mediocre at best. Time to draft a dominate receiver. On the defensive side of the ball they haven't had a dominate pass rusher since Bruce Smith. Beane needs to get the best players in the draft in order to be considered a playoff contender.

Preparation won't help when you have a offensive line that can't block and receivers who drop balls or can't get open.

I thought I'd never would say this as a Bills fan for many years but our offense sucks!!!! Yes I know Josh is hurt and we have two back up QB'S who are really horrible. That being said I just don't know what Beane and McDermott were thinking this past off season? They must have known that they didn't have the weapons they needed to compete. Josh Allen is going to be a good one if they can keep him healthy? The offensive line needs a lot of help. We don't have any dominant WR's and our running backs are getting beat up due to the O Line who can't run block. I know they are one of the youngest teams in the NFL. Beane and McDermott really need to build a offense around Josh lets hope they can get some quality players in this coming Draft.

The defense plays their hearts out, The offense is pathetic. McCoy isn't the player he once was, The offensive line needs work, Josh Allen I believe is going to be a very good QB if he can stay healthy? It's obvious their in a rebuilding mode.

I don't know about you guys but as a Bills fan for over 25yrs it seems this organization will never put a winning team together. Look I know we have a young QB who has a lot of potential but he doesn't have the weapons to succeed. Their in the rebuilding process for sure. Now that said who here actually believes they have a chance against the Pats on Monday night football? After watching them get their butts kicked by Indy I can't see them scoring more then 3 points. I get excited every year about the prospect of this team contending in the AFC only to be hit with the reality that they SUCK!!!!

The Bills obviously in a rebuild stage. Josh Allen is going to be a great one. Problem now is that he doesn't have any dominate receivers to throw to. Their Offensive line needs a lot of work. Their running game is to inconsistent. I believe they won't be a serious contender for another 2 to 3 years.

As I see it in this business either you produce a winner or your gone. Rex had two years to turn this team into a winning franchise it didn't happen. Is it all his fault? NO you can look at the organization as a whole. Whaley has passed up on CARR AND MACK in the draft, They let Schwartz go? Watkins their #1 receiver gets hurt year after year. And the players especially on defense look as though they have quit on REX. They need to bring in a HC with a winning record and attitude to get this team turned around. If I was the PEGULAS I would go after Polian and Cowher, Open up your wallet or this team will never be a contender.

I feel sorry for the DEFENSE, they paly there hearts out every week just to walk away with loses. Marrone in my opinion has no clue on how to run a offense. We haven't had a good QB for along time. Jim Kelly was a great competitor who new how to win. Orton is not the answer. I watch this team and there looks like there is no emotion from any of the players on offense? Until our offense is as good as our defense, We will never make the playoffs period. EJ Manuel i believe is not a NFL Starting caliber QB.

Lets face it, We need Watkins. But we also need a run stuffing stud. We gave up way to many yards on the ground again this year. Free agency could help us there. We need our own Megatron.

Watching the game Sunday I noticed the offense in the last two drives in the 4th quarter looked to be way to conservative. You need to go for the WIN, Open up the offense. They couldn't get the running game going, So why try to run the ball? EJ Manuel in my opinion looks to be a work in progress. But I believe this kid is going to be a real good QB. But until the coaching staff learns to close out these close games with a win, It will be along season for the Bills players as well as us fans.

Yes, Fitz has to go. We need a real QB who can finish a game.He is not a clutch QB. I know its not all his fault. Our defense, Or should i say lack of defense is killing us.Wanstadt has to go. until we address these issues we will never be a contender.

Okay, Yes it is a team sport, yes fitz had a good day. But it was the same outcome. Another lose is the bottom line.Well lets face it people, Another losing season with nothing but excuses from Gailey. When will the suffering end? Well I guess there is always next year.

Really, then who through the interception? It looked like Fitz to me? He is the reason we lost the game yesterday. It is frustrating to watch a guy who finally had a good game, Just to blow it in the end as he always does.

After watching the game Sunday, I realized that as long as we have Fitz we will never win these kind of games. I've been saying it for the past couple of years now,WE NEED A FRANCHISE QB. Fitz is not the answer. Lets give him a new nickname, I know, Lets call him Mr.Choke. When the game is on the line he never comes through. Nixs himself finally realizes it. I"ve been a Bills fan for many years now and every year were the laughing stock of the AFC East. I don't know how many more losing seasons i can take?
