  1. This would all be interesting if they were actually bickering and Willis didn't comply with Mularkey's request. Don't actions speak louder than words any more?
  2. I agree with you in principal, but based on what many of them along with Mularkey have said afterward (and Willis' efforts in practice the next day) they DO have a respect and understanding with each other and are basically toying with the media when they try to manufacture controversy. Again, Willis has adjusted accordingly in practice according to Mularkey.
  3. More like the bickering Bill's media coverage guys. The players and coaches haven't come across as upset with one another at all.
  4. Oh grief, now I'm thorowly disgusted!
  5. Inside joke that you missed. I don't blame ya for not knowing
  6. I'm threw with this thread!
  7. Yeah, like JCBoston says, I think your theory applies more to the Fletcher injury. MW was upright but still limping slightly and hesitant with the leg on the sidelines.
  8. I guess what I'm saying is that Mularkey is not Mike Martz, and he sees the same things were seeing and wants to run the ball too. If Willis isn't going to hit the hole, they can't afford to use additional plays just hoping that he does. Again, I agree witrh you on what the strategy should be overall, but circumstances can dictate otherwise at times.
  9. I would tend to agree VA on the benefits of a "stick to it" running strategy, but I understand why they strayed from it when Willis was not running with discipline on most plays.
  10. Good thing they're 1-1 then
  11. I think beating ATL would be a larger feat than some folks may think this week. Their quick D-line will try to take away the outside and get around our mammoth blockers. They have very good TE production in Crumpler in all phases. Dunn is quick and smart. Jenkins is an up and comer at WR. I'm drawing a blank on the kid corner but he has been playing some good ball as well. I'm just glad this game is at home because we're gonna need the help to win this one.
  12. ... and that's a fine opinion to have and express, but it was your initial condemnation of "you guys", which I interpret as "everyone on the board who isn't you" that likely stirred up the reaction. (IMHO)
  13. I'm threw with all of your contstant ragging , thru thick or thin, like some sort of message board cop working threw secrecy for the English language! And Dammit, I just through my keyboard out the window!
  14. That makes some sense, although do you think they are weighing plusses and minuses here because Edwards does excel on passing plays (I know he's been out for some but he's also stayed in for some)? Otherwise they would just scrap the idea and put in Anderson to learn the ropes, or use Bannan/Sape/Etc. no?
  15. The only thing here that doesn't quite jive for me is that if Ron is consistently playing too high, game in and game out, and the coaches can see things with 10 times more clarity and accuracy than even the most knowledgeable football fan (and have all the tools necessary to do so), then they would be making corrections in this area. I've seen it too, he gets blown up and driven off the LOS at times on running plays, and too often it seems in some games, although I usually see this happen when he is engaged by one man and assisted by another with a chip or double-team. Playing too high is certainly among the more "correctable" things in a DT's game. What gives here? And don't tell me this is something that Krumrie would overlook.
  16. I thought Manning played pretty darn well, all things considered. He showed poise and accuracy in most cases, along with showing good knowledge of his offense. Not great but pretty good for how many starts he has had.

  18. Nobody is more inaccurate than the QB we are about to face (likely) at home this week.
  19. Funny post. I believe I am currently at the Bargaining stage...
  20. You are correct, though that miscommunication was on a hot read due to the blitz which McGahee whiffed on.
  21. I think that once Parish returns (and Everett to a small degree), we will certainly get to see more of what you're looking for Ajzepp.
  22. Self Quote WOOHOO!
  23. I would suspect that you would get an entirely one-sided response to that question, atleast from any Bills fan I know.
  24. Uh Oh, Mr. Burns, I mean Jones is down on the field. Now it would really feel great to watch his plastic face when they lose .
