  1. It's probably a lot less of this.... ...and a lot more of this...
  2. Well, @ least you finally admitted it.
  3. I'm the POest RICH there is.
  4. Heck, if I just stayed home to steer clear of rioting, I'd be on AWOL.
  5. Forgive him. It seems @ times that he is from a house of animals.
  6. I won't be there. I wish I had the extra time and money to go up for this one though.
  7. They're playing Blues Alley in DC this weekend (Thu-Sun). I think I may go.
  8. Maybe he meant 4th try, mester.
  9. You don't have to tell it. I know it, and I'll sell it to the highest bidder.
  10. Huh? Someone say something?
  11. Nah. Spellcheck blows.
  12. Ya know, @ some point, we'll have to investigate why you feel the need to drag me into all of this crap so often.
  13. I've wondered the same thing. Everyone knows how much easier the transition is from college to pro for WRs as opposed to DBs. What is Hardy's problem?
  14. Man, was I rooting for this to happen. But now, w/ the Bills' (lack of a) pass rush, I'm not so sure how it would benefit them.
  15. But yet and still... 7 sacks on Campbell and forcing Campbell's first 2 picks of the season. Yeah, they're an okay defense, but nothing to worry 'bout.
  16. There were a few guys "doing something" out there last night. I think they call them defensive players, or something like that.
  17. That part I got, fellas. What I don't understand is how Pittsburgh's defense is not all that while Tennessee's defense is. Don't the Stillers have one of the top ranked defenses in football, and can't they actually rush the passer well? Nah. They're no threat.
  18. Ah yes; the "it's only" and "we're still" express.
  19. Who had them highly rated? They've looked average for the most part this season. They've had their moments though, so there's hope that they'll become more. Mitchell has been a bit of a disappointment to me also, in that teams are still able to run to the outside (something he was brought in to remedy), plus we still don't do a great job of generating much of a pass rush, particularly from the outside (again, the reason he's here). As for Ellison "always" sucking, he was actaully pretty good in his rookie season. In fact, he was the most consistent LB we had that year, and that includes Crowell. Posluszny has shown flashes, but needs to put it together and really begin to terrorize opponents. It would help for Stroud and Williams to do a better job of holding up @ the line, but Pos has the ability to get in there and make something happen even if they don't. Stroud needs consistency and Williams needs......well, he needs to get started. Missing Schobel? I guess, but the team misses the overall ability to pressure QBs and force bad throws even more. They didn't have that even w/ Schobel in the lineup. Like I said before in another thread, fix the problem.
  20. Agreed, but the judgment 'bout whether they should leapfrog PENN STATE should be AFTER they run the table (if they do), not 'cause of one win. If they run the table, they deserve to play for the national title and this will be yet another unbeaten, untied year for JoePa w/out a national title (should PENN STATE win out, that is). It's nothing new to him.
