  1. I saw the front angle in slow-mo. They showed it last night on some program called the Super Bowl. It was a fumble. No conspiracy here. I know it's not as exciting as conjuring up some grassy knoll type crap to justify how the Cards were "screwed" and how the Stillers are "junior Pats" or whatever. All that is garbage. Both teams were penalized @ bad times (Hartwig's penalty for a safety crushed what was a great bail out play by Roethlisberger).
  2. ...and add 'bout 35 lbs of muscle to him also.
  3. That's interesting.
  4. Hahaha!!! Exactly.
  5. Well, he would've been in the lead, but he really let himself go, man.
  6. Flutie Magic>God>Chroise>Beast Mode>just 'bout every NFL back
  7. 1. Lynch 2. Lynch 3. Lynch 4. Lynch 5. Beast Mode 6. Bills starting RB from Cal 7. Marshawn 8. Guy who goofed 'round and rode that cart in college game 9. Thomas Jones 10. Matt Forte
  8. There's all sorts of DTs. There are guy like the ones you mentioned, the Casey Hamptons, Sam Adams, Pat Williams types. But, there are those who can tie up blockers and also get stats: Abert Haynesworth and Kevin Williams are but two of these types. I'd take any of these types over the ones we have now.
  9. Reed runs solid routes and can find open spots. The others? They could use improvement. There were times that they got open and the checkdown champ couldn't find 'em, but to say that all of our WRs were wide open 24/7 is patently false.
  10. No; catch.
  11. We also need Lee Evans to get open.
  12. The most underpaid Bill is Chris Kelsay and this guy is clearly the most overpaid Bill.
  13. There are no winners.
  14. Maybe so, but what did you think of this game....
  15. I had a cousin who played for the Zips in the late 80s/early 90s. If you were there @ the time, I'm sure you knew him.
  16. If the question isn't year specific and covers eras, then I'd have to agree. Any team that can win back to back titles.......TWICE.......in the period of 6 years should be considered among the best ever.
  17. It's a legit question. In Baltimore, he has LBs like Ray Lewis (legendary in his pursuit of ballcarriers and has a knack for making big plays), Bart Scott (fierce hitter and pass rusher), and Terrell Suggs (as good as they come @ defending the pass in the flat and also one heck of a pass rusher) playing alongside him. Not to say that he isn't talented and wouldn't be an upgrade, but w/ the (lack of) talent 'round him were he to have been selected by the Bills, I don't know how much of a factor he'd be.
  18. Sure did, once Noll opened up the offense and let Bradshaw go to work w/ Swann and Stallworth. Defensively, they were very good too, but not nearly as good as in '76, when they put together a brilliant 9 game stretch where they allowed a grand total of 29 points and pitched 5 shutouts. If they didn't have such a bad start to the season and had Bradshaw not gotten hurt, this team may have gone down as the best of all time. As for which team is the best I've seen, it's either the '85 Bears or the '91 Redskins.
  19. Uh huh. Absolutely. I think he is an outstanding LB prospect. If by some miracle he was available when the Bills come up to draft, they'd be stupid not to take him, as he is truly the draft's top defensive prospect.
  20. Well, hopefully, the Bills aren't so married to a scheme that they'll lose out on top talent. If this guy is the top talent available w/ the pick, they should by all means make the pick. We got rid of those "big, slow, and fat guys" like Pat Williams in order to make our defense more svelte and quick. Has it worked thus far?
