  1. New curtains, eh? Cool.
  2. This game between San Fransisco and Houston was horrible. Neither team looked like they wanted to win this one. Embarrassing. Way to go, Houston. You've "earned" the right to draft Reggie Bush, thereby neglecting your offensive line yet again. I sure hope David Carr is trying to get out of town, if he wants to keep from ending up brain dead, that is.
  3. Not sure. I really like my seats, and don't want to give them up. But, if my wife and I have a child before the season starts, there's a very good chance that I won't make any trips up to Buffalo, even for the home opener. It will also depend on when she'd be due, also. If she's just a few weeks pregnant around the time of the opener, we'll probably make the trip up.
  4. Here's to hoping the Bills make a nice turnaround next season.
  5. Perhaps the most intelligent comment you've made here today is to draw comparisons between D'Brickashaw Ferguson and Jonas Jennings. Well done.
  6. Fred Savage?
  7. He's more along the lines of either Walter or Levi Jones, meaning he's not a huge lineman (like those guys), but he's very athletic. That's why I think he'll be a good pro.
  8. That it is, Rico. That it is.
  9. Hey, I know how you feel. I'm a diehard Penn State fan and even I can't see how anyone would respect a program that could win all but one game this year and have a guy who is still the only college football coach to ever be named Sports Illustrated's Sportsman of the Year (and one of only 5 coaches EVER). Oh, and they way their players graduate @ a very high rate? Disgusting.
  10. Another batch is brewing...
  11. I hope Hali kicks butt in the pros, because he's a great young player w/ a fantastic attitude who works extremely hard. Other than Tamba, there's no other first round caliber DL from Penn State.
  12. Do what I do on those kind of days. Drink.
  13. Add in a chorus of "we need to upgrade the offensive lines" Eric, and you can join our flock. Never mind. You're in.
  14. Yeah! I mean, after all, he's been there a whole year and has gotten rid of 28 players from last season and had a fairly decent draft. That's more than enough time to fully ASSess him as a general manager.
  15. Our first round picks: NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, the Tye Hill pick isn't bad @ all, but please, for the love of God, do not draft Wroten or any other "rush tackles". We have plenty of those, and none of them can stop the run. We need big guys who can stuff the run. I'm still holding out hope that we find a way to get a stud OT or a pass rusher (PLEASE!!!!!) w/ our first round pick, so I say draft a big run stuffing tackle (Gabe Watson?) later as depth and sign a free agent to start. Also..... 1. LenDale White is declaring? 2. The Pack choose Kiwi over Super Mario? 3. The Titans will be hard pressed to both re-sign Vanden Bosch (contract is up, and he's having a great year) and pay big bonus $$ to Williams. 4. LOVE the Jimmy Williams pick for St Louis....and so would they. 5. Millen (if he survives to remain the head guy in Detroit) would be drawn and quartered if the Lions neglect the defense w/ their pick and overpay for a QB they could trade down and land later, if they wanted him.
  16. No need. He just wants a cookie.
  17. How sad. This is fun speculation and all, but it probably doesn't matter, because I just can't see the Bills being fortunate enough to land Savage as GM.
  18. All sarcasm aside (I decided to try some...just this once), if there is any possibility for the Bills to land either Ferguson or DE Mario Williams in a trade up scenario, I hope they go for it. Other than those two, I wouldn't try to trade up to get anyone. Ferguson looks to be a standout LT prospect, one who should become a Pro Bowl fixture. He's not a massive guy like Jonathan Ogden or Orlando Pace, but reminds me of a cross between Walter Jones and Levi Jones. Not bad company to be placed in: the best LT in the game today (Walter) and probably the 3rd or 4th best LT in the game today (Levi).
  19. Like a lot!
  20. He could play WR for us, if he weren't so tall.
  21. Uh huh. From what I've heard about this, it appears he has a problem w/ Lerner or vice versa. His relationship w/ Crennel is very good, so this makes no sense. Savage is an excellent evaluator of talent, so if the Browns are stupid enough to fire him, I sure hope the Bills make him some kind of offer to come here!
  22. Crowell's nothing more than a backup. That's it. He's too small to be a good strongside LB. He sucks.
  23. He's too young. He only had one good season, and he had some pretty bad games this year, too (remember how he stunk up the joint in the first game against the Steelers?). He sucks.
