I had the opportunity to listen to Allen’s post practice interview on ‘One Bills Live’ today and he continues to impress with his deft ability to think and answer questions on the fly and with solid insight. His intelligence is noticeable every time I hear him speak. Every. Time. And to have those kinds of smarts along with such a humble personality is even more impressive. Yep. And I’m not even remotely close to suggesting otherwise. Talent without that work ethic is useless. It’s what separates the good from the great. If you can name one great in any sport that didn’t have a superior work ethic, I might reconsider.

All due respect, that’s a load of crap. If you feel a solid work ethic is no longer in vogue and not essential as the foundation for success, you have little understanding of team building dynamics.
