  1. Small PA Town Furious Over Plan to House Illegal Aliens in Civil War-Era Orphanage By Mike Miller As flip-flopper extraordinaire Kamala Harris laughingly claims she "now wants a border wall after saying for years that building a border wall was racist and antithetical to American values," the realities of the Biden-Harris Border Crisis continue to play out across America, including in small towns. One such town is Scotland, Pennsylvania, located just outside Gettysburg, where a plan to house as many as 1,000 illegal aliens in a Civil War-era orphanage has the town's residents up in arms. "It would upend the community," said a retired Army colonel. https://redstate.com/mike_miller/2024/09/13/small-pa-town-furious-over-plan-to-house-illegal-aliens-in-civil-war-era-orphanage-n2179276 .
  2. LOL. Perhaps you would be served better by comprehending what you read before commenting. That simplistic spin attempt might work on children, not adults. .
  3. Back to the thread. Far-Left Smear Factory’s Union Votes by 90% to Oust President After Mass Layoffs. The SPLC — a far-left smear factory notorious for demonizing conservatives and Christians as being as hateful as the KKK and for spreading woke dogma in schools — has its own labor union, and members of that union overwhelmingly cast a vote of “no confidence” in SPLC President and CEO Margaret Huang. The vast majority of the SPLC Union’s voting members (141 of 156, or 90.4%) cast ballots urging the SPLC to find a new CEO. The union presented this demand to the SPLC Board of Directors on Aug. 30, and one week later, SPLC Board Chair Karen Baynes-Dunning denied the request. According to a union press release, its members expressed a “lack of confidence in Margaret Huang and want SPLC to find a new CEO.” The move comes two months after the SPLC Union broke the news of mass layoffs at the SPLC in June. The SPLC “gutted its staff by a quarter,” laying off more than 60 union members, including five union stewards and the union’s chair. https://www.dailysignal.com/2024/09/11/no-confidence-far-left-smear-factorys-splc-union-votes-90-oust-president-mass-layoffs/ Say, maybe both sides can lose.

  6. Can't argue with the post, so try (and fail) to attack the messenger Ho-hum Didn't understand the tactic described LOL. Meanwhile: Kamala Harris held rallies Thursday in North Carolina, first in Charlotte and then in Greensboro, calling for another round of debate with Donald Trump, two days after her strong showing in Philadelphia against the former president. “I believe we owe it to the voters to have another debate,” she said to applause, “because this election and what is at stake could not be more important. On Tuesday night, I talked about issues that I know matter to families across America, like bringing down the cost of living … but that’s not what we heard from Donald Trump.” https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2024/sep/12/kamala-harris-north-carolina-trump
  7. Senator Joe Manchin endorses former Governor Larry Hogan in Maryland Senate Race “Forget about being a Democrat or Republican,” said Manchin. “Larry Hogan is just the right person with the right attitude for the job. He’s not afraid to speak against your party and he won’t be controlled by any party or any type of ideology.” An August Gonzales Research poll shows Hogan trailing behind his Democratic rival, Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks. https://www.dcnewsnow.com/news/local-news/maryland/washington-county/senator-joe-manchin-endorses-former-governor-larry-hogan-in-maryland-senate-race/ .
